When we took a bath, the filter is not working. So it was “flooding”.

Useless water pressure. Torn curtains. A little shabby. But overall good for a few hours till flight time.

I booked this particularly bc access to airport. We had a whole day to spare before flying. It was good for that. The bed was comfortable. The bathrooms were really nice.

Location is near to airport. Free pick up from airport especially if you arrive at night time.

Only stayed one night after a long flight so did exactly what we needed it to. Had a pool, bed, bathroom, fridge... all the things we needed as a family with a small child. Staff were great at accommodating our requests (fruit and milk on arrival).

The rooms being on seperate levels and the pool having no fence. I slept with one child and my husband with the other because we were worried they would slip on the stairs (it was raining) or go into the pool unsupervised.

Second bedroom is upstairs and is not connected to the main bedroom. I had my child in that bedroom, but the door could not be locked unless the key was used from the inside (or the child was locked into the room from the outside) , so i couldnt lock it (didn't want to be locked out from my child in case sometbing happened inside the room). The door to the courtyard was only secured wjth a wooden bolt so I was a little worried about security during the night as it was new years eve Everything was fine in the end.

Perfect location close to the airport for our 15-hour layover. The pool was great and the outdoor area was very nice. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Air con was a little bit weak. Did not get fully cold in our rooms.

Aircon needed to stay at 20 degrees or lower to keep the room at a comfortable temp. But usually like it sitting at 24 when inside. But took a while to get cool again if I adjusted it. The food was great, but the cafe only opened when they felt like it. Would have eaten Brekky their daily if it was open regularly

Loved the private pool, and outdoor area. Was so nice to soak up the sun by the pool in peace and have the day bed to relax on. Featured a water station with clean water for refilling my water bottle. Lasted me the week. Full sized fridge was great for storing drinks and left over food. Rooms were a great size. The beach close by was nice and quiet with some yummy food stops. Brothers grill was a highlight for sunset dinner. And local food shops had great fruit salads for breakfast

We stayed in the first building with a swimming pool ( the chlorine level is a bit high, my son and I have sensitive skin, we were having a bit stingy skin ) we also saw a rat and a cockroach, some mould in bathroom, the room’s entrance mat is very dirty. The reception looks a bit scary, day staff didn’t talk much but always has a smile, I didn’t like to sign things without any explanation.

The private swimming pool to ourselves! Beds are comfortable, linens and toilets are very clean, kind of close to airport ( if not during rush hours 2pm- 6pm ) supermarket and some street food.

Not much. Some fixtures were loose. The staff did not replenish towels and stuff on last day. Very limited options and small portions for breakfast.

All the amenities were provided with lot of small details. Which we appreciate. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Picked up from airport very late at night. Great communication. Many thanks

It's quite old, but the bedding was lovely.

Staff, location for the airport, need was comfy and pool. The family have their home in the complex which was really nice.

The wifi & TV reception can be improved.

Strategic location. Very near to airport (walking distance, 10mins if you dont have much luggage). Walking distance to the coastal walk from Pantai Jerman leading to Beackwalk Shopping center. Many local food nearby the villa. Cheaper food options and taste good too. Clean villa pool, comfortable bed, good working air-con, good water pressure and friendly staffs. Area around the villa is also safe.
