Bathroom had one kind of unpleasant smell, would be good if the cleaner spray antibacterial or air freshener. Water in the bottle is not mineral water. Dare not drink.

Simplicity concept of room, air-conditioning is cold enough, various choices of breakfast. Room is spacious.

The pillows were really firm unfortunately wasn’t given two different types of pillows - soft and firm (only firm)

The location is excellent. Food stalls are nearby and plenty. The size of the room 426 is amazing. Worth the price.

I was very disappointed when getting into my first room, the air-conditioning was not working. Once in my new room, I noticed straight away it was filthy. Floors were dirty and covered in hair. Long black hairs in my bed that was made, leading me to believe the linnin had not been changed just that the beds had been made. The staff were very accommodating and did come and clean the room and put fresh linin on the bed. I think even if you're staying at a budget hotel at the very least, they can still clean and keep things clean. Towels are all very old and linen with holes in them. The pillows are awful, so I went to ikea to buy one. Buffet breakfast is dodgy, so gojek is the way to go. Photo after rooms cleaned with my store bought pillow

This hotel is a very budget friendly hotel but you get what you pay for. I upgraded to a ground room that opened up onto the pool.

Bathroom floor is very slippery !! Check out time is too early, the check out time of all hotels we have stayed inn Bali usually 12.00pm or 1.00pm

Bathroom is very slippery, please warn people fall easily Checkout time at other hotels in Bali usually at 12.00pm, at your BloO hotel is at 11.00 am This is the 4th time we stayed at this hotel, 3 times when the hotel name was "The Sunset" When we stayed at "The Sunset", there was a lot of mosquitoes, this time it is much better as the doors are tight

Room is not really clean and the toilet has unpleasent smell. The time I checked in the water is very bad and dirty. My son has eczema and it effected him during the stay.

The property is beautiful and nice. Near to Kuta beach by walking abt 20mins since the traffic there is really bad

The bath water feels like oily. The drinking water is not a mineral water. The bed sheet colour is not white but broken white so seems like it’s not clean. The bathroom is also not that clean

Went to have dinner downstairs in the restaurant but it was empty and had to wait a long time for someone to take my order then decided to do room service so it took a little bit longer than expected

Great location - had so many restaurants, bars and little marts within walking distance, staff were really lovely and accommodating. Check in was really easy and daily housekeeping option (if you wanted to) was very good and fast service, there is also an laundry service behind the hotel so everything was super close, minimal noise at night and overall super great place to stay

The breakfast I will give 5/10. A lot of Indo food. The only sweet part are the cereals… not many choice. It needs to be improved. Be careful, it’s very slippery (in the shower, in the bathroom and around the pool) The bathroom could be cleaner… for few days it’s ok. For the same price, you could have better stay and near the beach.

The location is great, I mean when you go out, you have plenty of restaurants and coffees. From the beach you have to walk at least 25/30 min. So not ideal if you go everyday to the beach.

Because there’s live music across the road, the noise pretty much loud until late only on Sunday.

I like the location, easy to look for food with walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. Close by to get gift (by driving).

the pool could have been open later as it shut at 7pm and the weather is still hot they said it was the noise but people were still noisy around the pool too far away , from markets, massages , beach etc paying tax and service tax on food should have a vending machine in foyer
