New ZealandThe lobby is on top of the cliff. Electric buggies were necessary to go between the lobby and the hotel building along roads cut through the cliff. It is not easy to walk around because of the steep terrain. Beach access is difficult because the path/steps to the beach were not completed. The beach bar is seriously in need of maintenance. There is only one restaurant.
The hotel is built on and in front of a cliff. The view from the balcony to the reef is spectacular. The suites are very large and comfortable. The swimming pool is not large but very private. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

United KingdomThe sun went off the swimming pool around 3pm which was disappointing as there is no beach. To swim in the sea involves a lot of steps down to the sea and obviously a lot to climb back up. There is only 1 restaurant which has a nice compact menu and the location is out of the way and you need a taxi to go to other locations, restaurants etc. We were disappointed in the location and only stayed for 1 week of the 2 we had booked. we returned to out original hotel The Bali Tropic and Spa which suited our needs perfectly.
Ocean view from the very large room was stunning. Breakfast excellent with a lot of choice and swimming pool very good. the staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful.

The suite was very large with lots of room. Balcony had fantastic views over the ocean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. So helpful and pleasant.

SingaporeThe drain in the shower cabinet got clogged, but the maintenance team was quick to respond. Upholstery and curtains need refreshing. The kettle in our room didn't work so we used the microwave to heat up water for our hot cuppa.
The room was really big and comfortable. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Our balcony faced the sea, which was lovely. We had a very early start on 1 of our days and requested a packed breakfast which was willingly accommodated.

AustraliaVery isolated Pool was cold , as building position is shady for most of the day Nothing to entertain kids, apart from pool Staff not very attentive around the pool area Gym had no towels Reception is super far away from rest of resort, they take you on a buggy anywhere around the resort, in saying that , the buggy service was always fast and efficient Shower impossible to get the right temperature: you either shower in cold water or have your skin scolded by the hot water. Had to pay $400.000 IDR for an extra bed for my 8 yo, even though there was a massive couch . AC was very humid, we woke up soaked in sweat both nights. All in all, a bit pricey for what if offers, but still enjoyed our stay.

PortugalOn high tide you can’t access the beach and you have no sun after 1pm on main the pool (in may at least). Don’t get me wrong, this is a very good resort, but I just feel there are some tiny details on the service that should be addressed to truly give this hotel a premium status. For eg remove small paper napkins, offer water around the premises (rooms have some bottles provided daily)….
Villas are huge and well maintained. People and staff were really amazing. Super nice and ready to help no matter what. Nice free shuttle between nusa dua and the hotel.
