Only issue is that in breakfast option there is no bread with "sagara breakfast" category & early morning french fries option in breakfast could have been avoided. There could have been a drying stand in the hotel room to dry out wet clothes.

View from the balcony is magnificent facing the ocean. You can get a good sunrise view from the hotel. Infinity pool was amazing. Staff behaviour was exceptional, always helpful.

1. The AC or insulation in the room needs to be upgraded. Even setting the AC at 18 couldn't cool the room properly. 2. Lizards and insects in the room because of trees nearby the property - this was a mood off as we were with an infant. 3. One area for improvement would be cleanliness. Bathroom needs a renovation for sure with new towels. 4. The breakfast portion is small and you need to pay extra for more. 5. A mini fridge is needed in the room 6. Packaged water should be provided instead of aqua guard water. 7. Very steep road to the hotel. A bit hard to go up and down with a pram. Because of this we didn't go out to eat and explore the area.

Omg beautiful place and a beautiful sunrise spot. Great pool, place was very clean and super cozy. Staff was great, we checked-in, asked for a scooter and by the time we left the room to go and explore, the scooter was there waiting for us.

The view from the room was both serene and breathtaking. I loved how close it was to coffee shops and restaurants, and Emic was always happy to drive me there on his motorcycle, which only took about 5-7 minutes. Emic deserves special commendation for being incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my entire stay. He was on top of everything, from the boat transfer until departure, always very responsive, and the hospitality of all the staff was top-notch.

we stayed here 3 nights and the conclusions were these: -there are no applications on the island to book taxis so the only option to get around is to rely on a private driver from the accommodation, otherwise renting a scooter which is always the best option for those who are able. The negative thing about this point is that if you have an itinerary in mind you will have to modify it since the staff only offers already organized and ready tours based on the areas, so you have to know how to adapt and the prices do not change whether you do one stop or ten and I didn't find this very right. -Cleanliness not too good but this is a point that can be improved. -The strong point is the view which, being on the ocean, raises the score a little. -Good breakfasts. -Friendly staff even if not everyone spoke English so I found it difficult to make myself understood. -From the first moment they said that they accepted card but in reality we never used it because they only asked for cash.

We recently stayed at this hotel and enjoyed the stunning sea views from my room. While the room size was adequate, the bathroom was a bit compact. However, the courteous staff made up for this with their warm hospitality. One area for improvement would be the attention to cleanliness. With a bit more focus on this, the hotel could truly shine. The hotel's location is convenient, with Diamond Beach just a 30-minute drive away. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to those seeking a comfortable stay with breathtaking sea views. With some refinement in cleanliness, it could be a truly exceptional experience.

The location of the property is quite far from major cafes and beaches like Kelingking & Broken beach. We did a mistake of going there by scooter. Always rent a taxi. The property will provide it. The scooter which they provided was not in a proper condition and had very less petrol. The lady who check-in us in (do not remember her name) in the morning did not properly inform us about petrol situation in the island or how much it costs. You mostly get it by bottle & we ended us giving extra. There one bottle costs Rp 15,000 and we ended up paying Rp 50,000 for 2 bottle. Most of the petrol we didn't use as we returned the scooter in a day after realizing the road conditions and travel distance there. This property has some wi-fi issue. We were not getting property wi-fi connection in the rooms. It only if we go to the reception area or sit outside our room we used to get the range. Our local sim data was also not working here.

The property is a sea facing one, so the view from the room and the balcony is spectacular. You can hear sound of the waves crashing all night long. The sunrise was amazing from here which we saw from our bed. They also have an infinity pool. They serve food and drinks on request. They breakfast was also amazing. It a nice quite place away from most of the major tourist hotspots or cafes. So if you want to spend a quite vacation and not much of a explorative kind this is a place for you. Special mention to Neoman (pardon me if I am spelling it wrong). He is a gem of a person. He was very helpful and friendly. He also provided us a driver named Agusto (another gem of a person). Took us around the whole day and waited with us patiently.

The building overall seems neglected. There is much rust and dust everywhere. The room could be cleaner. The upper floor seemed like never been swept and the windows never been cleaned.

The staff always did their best to make everyone happy. Rooms are big with incredible ocean view. We liked the breakfast. They have set menus from which you choose and they are tasty and filling. Dining was also good. Albeit the cleaning issues we had a great time mainly due to the location, the sound and the view of the ocean.

If you need to work from here via internet it could be a problem. The WiFi is not the best if you get signal. There is no fridge and no active pool bar. A small floor mat in the bathroom would be perfect and more towels.

Beautiful secluded hotel. We booked the family room with breakfast as we were traveling with a teen. It has the perfect size for a short stay. 2 floors and 2 beds. The view is directly on the ocean but you also see the roofs of the villas in the first row. The breakfast is small but enough to start the day. We liked the small pool and the flair around it. It’s far away from the crowded areas. Everything was clean and nice. Down to the main road you find everything you need like small shops and restaurants.we loved the Seatara restaurant 4 min walk away. The hotel organized a driver for us, who picked us up from the port, made a full day tour with us while he was taking amazing pictures and videos of us.
