We regret that we did not receive your feedback during your stay, as we pride ourselves on being responsive to our guest's needs in real-time. We deeply apologize for the discomfort this caused, particularly with the increased presence of mosquitoes. We are immediately working with our Engineering team to inspect and maintain all AC units to ensure optimal performance for future guests. We understand your concern about lizards in the bathroom area. Our open-concept bathroom design and villa location surrounded by rice fields and gardens do occasionally allow small wildlife to enter. While these harmless creatures are a natural part of Bali's ecosystem, we recognize this may be uncomfortable for some guests. Had we been informed during your stay, our team would have assisted immediately with safe removal. We acknowledge that our hotel is quite far from some attractions and may not suit every guest's preferences. However, we are still conveniently located, just 20 minutes from both Sanur and Ubud, offering a balance of tranquility and accessibility. We’re truly sorry to hear that the breakfast did not meet your expectations, and we sincerely appreciate your suggestion regarding a buffet option. Your feedback is very valuable to us. At the moment, we are unable to implement a buffet during breakfast time due to our current concept.
