Breakfast was superb; other restaurants fabulous; staff absolutely amazing - professional, super friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Kojang (Executive Sous Chef) - he was so lovely and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He's a true ambassador for the hotel!

Amazing beach and view

Location, being in Nusa Dua we know that this will be far from crowd. Exactly what we were looking for. However this reduced the options for dining to the hotel’s restaurants.

The TV’s were old and not smart TV’s

Pool full of kids - great for families not so much for couples, food was ok but was expecting more from this place, couldn't make a good coffee, weird spongy beds and really concerned about payments immediately despite paying 6k upfront like ur money is no good... premium price for an avg hotel exp.

Everything. The staff was incredibly kind and the views were breathtaking. I wish I had stayed here longer.

Great dining establishments.

1. The rooms do not meet the quality of the Ritz. 2. The bathrobes and other bathroom items may have an unpleasant odor. 3. The swimming pools are very cold.

The room, once finally ready, was spacious and nicely decorated.

I regularly stay in 5-star hotels around the world, but The Ritz-Carlton Bali has genuinely shocked me with how poor the service is. They seem to have mastered the art of overbooking — far too many guests for the facilities to handle. Checked in at 6:30 PM and my room still wasn’t ready. Breakfast was ‘fully booked’ unless I queued for 30 minutes, and when you finally get a table, it’s dirty with pitiful service. The reception? Completely unreachable during the stay, which is quite an achievement for a 5-star hotel. It also took them over an hour to collect my luggage, making me 20 minutes late for my transfer. On top of that, it’s impossible to swim in the sea as the tide is so far out, and the beach looks nothing like the photos. Feels more like a chaotic food court with rooms than a luxury resort.

Food in the Missoni is ok. Well overpriced for what it is.

Rooms were spacious and well equipped. breakfast buffet had a rich variety, Grounds were beautiful and restaurants were lovely and the food delicious. At checkout they removed the charge for our breakfast because of some issues I had with service upon arrival and they gave me a late check-out to make up for our delayed check-in. I thought that was nice.

The only pool was very loud because there were lots of children. The grounds are huge, I would think they could have made an adults only pool on the premises. Check-in took forever and rooms were not ready at 3. Luggage delivery took forever and many phone calls. So did the request for an iron.

We went for a wedding, the wedding chapel was good , by the sea . Good breakfast
