The property was stunning and very well maintained!! The decor was next level Bali chic and the garden was lush. It was an easy walk to the main shopping and restaurant strip and a cheap taxi ride to other areas. I enjoyed the way the living room doors opened into the pool to create an indoor outdoor experience.

There was only 2 sun beds. There were three of us and we had to ask twice for a third sunbed.

The Villa was beautiful. Staff are very lovely and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. The pool was amazing

My only complaint would be the coffee options and the odd mosquito.

Great location. The most friendly and helpful staff - especially Romy, Sergio and Nural. Very comfortable facilities and all modern conveniences including mineral drinking water dispenser, smart TV’s and a Harmon Kardon bluetooth speaker. WiFi was strong and reliable. We were very well looked after during our seven day stay. Can’t wait to return :)

The staff were great. Yunita was exceptional, very very good at her job.

There were only 2 pool lounges for 6 people.

The villa was stunning. Clean, comfortable beds and great pool! Our Butler Yunita was outstanding and our kids loved her dearly! Breakfast was excellent.

The staff were amazing especially our butler Yunita! She was incredible with the kids & was as quiet as a mouse in the mornings, didn’t even know she was inside! The villa itself was so clean and absolutely beautiful!

The omletes and nasi goreng were amazing with all the other components

The main bed and single beds were a little too hard Tiles around the pool very slippery when wet

The pool was fantastic and the perfect temperature. The villa was well maintained and cleaned each day. The breakfast was delicious. Could not fault our stay here.

Outside deck can be slippery with wet feet, we put a towel on the bridge for our 3 year old and this helped.

The breakfast, Romi/Rathi, the swimming pool were really good.

The shower water flow in the second bathroom was really slow.

Great little property close to everything. Budi the villa s butler was lovely, great cooked hot or cold breakfast every morning. He was so accommodating and kind. Very clean and tidy. Villa was a bit basic. No smart TVS so could not steam. BYO shampoo and conditioner/ soap, poor quality. The beds were hard but surprisingly comfortable. Bathrooms clean. Otherwise great place and very good value. Would definitely recommend this villa. The manager of the villas was not much help, other villas we have stayed in, the manager is able to organize anything and bends over backwards to help. This was a little different. We also organized a car from the airport through the villa and they charged us 500k. 2 taxis were only 200k on the way back. Villa cars are very tired and run down. Overall though excellent experience.

Kitchen appliances and other electrical items outdated for the properties level of quality.

All the amenities were good and clean. Nice pool and location. The Air Con and kitchen facilities were excellent in both Siam and Amala Villas as we were 2 families.

In Villa Amala, there was no smart TV in any of the rooms or the living area. Our friends stayed in Siam Villa which was excellent and had smart TV everywhere.

Breakfast selections were fantastic. Villa was well equipped and comfortable. Butlers were amazing - Hani and Komang. Location was perfect.

Another couch/armchair would be good - sleeps 6 but not room for six to relax. Two very tall teenagers and two parents was also a squeeze on the couch for relaxing. Disappointing miscommunication about check out time - one message said 3pm and another said 12noon.

We stayed in this villa on the last leg of our trip to Bali. The villa was beyond stunning. We were greeted by Sergio and Romi who were so welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much! They even bought a cake for my friends birthday which was such a lovely surprise. We felt very safe and comfortable during our stay as there is security at the entrance to the villas. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone. It is close to the centre of Seminyak with many shops/restaurants and bars nearby. We also celebrated Nyepi in the villa, it was so peaceful and a wonderful thing to experience. Thank you so much for the hospitality

Loved loved loved this Villa. It was so well maintained and clean. It was beautifully presented. And so so spacious!! Every room had its own private bathroom. The kids thought they were royalty. The air conditioned living space was large and comfortable and opened up onto a private pool. The staff were lovely. Shout out to our butler Yunita. She was an absolute sweetheart and I hope she's around when we return for another trip! Yunita made us a beautiful breakfast every morning and took care of any requests we had. We had lovely conversations with her as well. The location of this villa was fantastic. Its a 2min walk from main streets in Seminyak with shopping and restaurants. And only a $3 bluebird fare to Bintang supermarket. I loved that it was a street back from a main street. Kept it more peaceful. Also meant you weren't hassled constantly like what you get when you're close to the beach. We will most definitely be staying here again when we come back. It is big enough that it feels like home and you can easily spend days in the Villa instead of beach clubs.

need more mosquito coil around the master room outdoor toilet instead of just at the sink area.
