The balcony was nice, but they are old and they need renovation. The pool bar was not working most of the time during our stay. The spa team has not enough members (even on August which is high season) and we couldn't use this facility without booking, so we didn't use it at all and we went for spa facilities in another place. If you want to eat breakfast with various choices, you should wake up early, otherwise most of the european breakfast choices will be missing.

Nice, comfortable, clean rooms. The staff was friendly and the hotel was in general beautiful. It was amazing sitting in the balcony, too.

The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast was good. There was some renovation going on in the area, but it didn't bother us. It takes about 20-30 minutes to go to the beach, restaurants, grocery store.

Unfortunately although the staff are friendly and helpful they do not appear to have the correct training for a supposed 5 star hotel. The bars that are open are not properly stocked and cocktails are below par , the restaurants also are pretty poor with below average cold food. With some staff training and restocking this hotel could be wonderful. Such a pity

The walk from parking area to the hotel rooms can be improved. The connecting door sometimes were closed, which made it inconvenient. I hope they have better solution in future. There is long stairs to go to lobby area and you need to walk quite a bit to get to the rooms.

My room was pleasant, spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Good value for the money to stay in Nusa Dua area.

Unfortunately the terrace of our room was not really usable for several reasons: - the view was not very nice, so it was not such a great experience to go out. The other was that there was a warning paper on the door to beware of monkey attacks in the balcony, after which I didn't really feel like being outside. Also unfortunately the terrace was in a very bad condition, the railings were rusty which doesn't really fit for an 5 star hotel.

The breakfast was absolutely perfect: a wide selection of all kinds of food, vegetarians also can choose from many options, there is a separate Chinese soup corner for Chinese guests. The staff was kind and helpful, they always smiled when we met, it was a particularly nice gesture. Overall the hotel looked good, the swimming pool also provided an impressive sight, although we did not try it out.

If I should improve something, this is the breakfast. For who usually eats salty things should be fine but, it is a little bit lacking in terms of "sweeties". The pastry were not fresh and there are not so many options.

A very nice hotel located in a quite place. It is modern, huge, with a nice terrace and swimming/splash pool as well. The staff is kind and professional, able to speak a very good English. My room was big and clean, and the wi-fi seems to function properly. My bed was very comfortable, it's a relaxing place for sure.
