Everything perfect, friendly staff

Underpeopled, but peaceful and cozy. Free access to kitchen. good quality bikes on rent. Near Sampalan harbour. And the pool, nice and refreshing. Great experience!

The location was quite good you just have to walk trough the jungle for like 1 street

There was no staff when we wanted to check in. They also weren’t there at night. They gave me an whatsapp number so I could text them. The rooms were not really clean and the bathroom smelled really bed. Also no housekeeping and no one there to give us fresh towels. No coffee corner like they said. Overall not really happy

How clean and neat it was The location was a bit far from the center but super quiet But you need a motorbike as there is not loads of taxis or grab

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. They serve pancake for breakfast. But we preferred to prepare our own breakfast which was no problem at all. They even provided us cutleries and let us use the fridge. If you rent a scooter its also a good location to explore the coast around Nusa Penida.

Calm place, nice host

The staff at Puncak Santhi were phenomenal. My friend had a moped accident and hurt herself badly. The staff were so attentive and genuinely concerned for her wellbeing. So kind hearted. The hotel / room itself was spacious, comfortable and clean with a pool. Setting was peaceful and tranquil. Can rent motorbikes from the hotel for 80k/day. The shower in the en-suite was warm, spacious and refreshing unlike other places we had stayed in which was a big plus. 5 stars - if I could give 6 I would give 6.

At first we were delighted, what a nice, pleasant place. But then the bunk bed creaked extremely. Bats pooped in the pool. On the last day, we asked the host for breakfast at 7:00. Of course, he didn't even come in the morning, not even to check out. No one was there and neither was our breakfast and we went to the boat hungry. It was difficult to arrange breakfast time with him and he was always late.

Gorgeous place to stay, booked a private room and it was perfect! really clean room, nice pool, working TV and kettle and hot water in shower. Most lovely host, Marek, who really welcomed us and taught us a lot about the balinese culture. Also had great recommendations for dinner spots and day trips around the island.

The staff were really helpful and helped us book any activities we wanted. It was also very good value for money.

It is quite a distance from most places but if you have a scooter it is ok.

Breakfast is included and it was okey but only one option: classic pancake with coffee. Tasted good but small and simple. Could be nice to have another option or add some fruit to it. I wouldn’t book this place just because breakfast is included. For what we paid it’s absolutely worthy.
