Area isn’t the best in the sense that it is right next to the main road and also some rural houses apparently. It was so loud and noisy throughout from the traffic and in the morning there was so much noise from hen in the area— yes hen! You can’t sleep at all past 5am

Super convenient to spend the night near the airport, very basic hotel but overall comfortable and staff is super nice.

We really appreciated the extremely warm and nice welcoming and constant support and help from the staff. They made our stay very easy and were super attentionate with us. They even offered us the airport drop off as part of a complementary free service for our honey moon.

The mirror in the bathroom cracked, and not enough power socket.

Clean and pleasant room... bed and pillows are comfy. Near to the shops... most of all, i love the staffs! Very honest and kind! We didn't notice that my partner's passport was left in their property. We were in Ubud already and the staff of our hotel in Ubud said, that someone from our previous hotel in Kuta, sent the passport that we left there. We owe them a lot! They sent ot without asking for a service charge. Thank u thank u so much!

Lovely little hotel tucked away on a little side street. Room was very clean and comfortable, and pool was refreshing to swim in. Staff were so friendly and kind. Great location, quiet but close to nice restaurants and cafes. Very handy if need to be close to the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

There was no elevator to access the second floor. After returning from Gili, we were assigned a room on the second floor, but unfortunately, my wife had a knee problem and couldn’t use the stairs. So, we decided to move to another hotel instead.

Laneway could have been a bit wider however this is out of the hotel's jurisdiction.

Everything exceeded my expectations Staff were exceptional, they were eager to please. The Hotel was approximately 400 meters from the beach; surrounded by a variety of shops and food eateries. Pool was cleaned on a regular basis from fallen leaves.

Geat value for money. Sweet staff. Clean and nice rooms and shower. They have a swimming pool but we never used it as we stayd here 2x 1 night. Diner at Poppies ( fantastic) Breakfast with Crumb and coaster ( 10-15 min walk through street with a lot of shops)

The room is not soundproof, as you can hear the noise from outside. Most guests lack proper decorum and are very inconsiderate when talking to each other. Additionally, I dislike the musty odor emanating from the sofa and chair cushions.

First, it was about the staff, especially Agus. I requested a room change, and he granted it accordingly. I love room A, which is just across the swimming pool. The location is also lovely; it is conveniently close to shops, cafes, supermarkets, and restaurants. There is a laundry shop nearby.

It’s very compact rooms really small. It’s also down an alley so not sure what it would be like at night.

It was central to everything. We used this as a transit room as we needed to fly out at 11pm and it was very cheap. We just left our suitcases and shopped the day it was very central. The staff amazing as it down poured and we needed to get to the airport and all the grab taxis were stuck, they got one of their contacts to pick us up. If they hadn’t we would have missed our flight. We are so grateful.
