The rooms are outdated and need renovation. There is molds in the grouts in the bathrooms and in 1 toilet of the room in the ambassador suite ( we booked 2 rooms including an ambassador suite) there were damages on the ceiling due to humidity. Cleanliness is not good in the bathrooms. In the breakfast area, the cleanliness is not good. The staff cleans the tables from other customers very slowly. We always had to ask to clean an available table to be able to sit. Even though, the person in charge for the cleaning is very unfriendly, giving the priority to local customers. When cleaning, he would do it roughly, leaving disgusting stains on the table. No napkins or tissue provided, and when asked for it, again, being rude... I booked a massage and was disappointed that the massage area was actually a room converted into a "spa" were they were only providing massages. I requested a balinese massage that was very poor in quality and that ressemble more like a Swedish massage than a balinese massage ( I had many much better in the past). After the massage, the lady takes you as if you are thief, to walk you to the hotel reception area to pay. I asked if it was possible to pay in their spa, she said no, very brutally. After a massage, I had to walk about 200 meters through the resort to reach the reception to pay... I paid everything in advance for my booking and felt a bit insulted. It was unpleasant, after a not so relaxing massage to have to do that. Why not having a card machine in the " spa"? Why not putting it on the bill of the customer?

The rooms were big and the beds were comfortable. We liked the themed dinners with shows were pleasant, especially for a family with teenagers. The breakfast was good, offering a variety of food from different cultures. International breakfast was very good. The environment is pleasant as well, with a lot of greens, flowers, etc. Very pleasant to walk around the resort. Most of the staff was friendly.

The TV didn't work on my past two stays. There seems to be an issue with maintenance at this hotel. Also, it would be great if they had an operational gym.

Close to the airport, comfy rooms and not too busy. The pool areas are large and inviting, providing lots of room for doing your own thing.

The food could have been better.

I loved the quiet location of this beachfront hotel. The pool, gardens and accommodation are very nice. We loved how spacious our room was and were wonderfully surprised that we had separate lounge and dining area. The bathroom is also very roomy and includes a bath. Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly.

I enjoy the breakfast. However, there are flies flying in the beef and sausages and other uncovered dishes. I also wish there were more activities at the kids club. The place is big, it could be put into more use.

The place room was clean and comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful. Though it is away from the city but the hotel provides free shuttles to Kuta.

Bathroom shower awkward, had to hold sprayer (couldn't cradle it), tends to get water all over the place, no fan for moisture either - not a problem for us, but could result in much higher maintenance requirements for the hotel.

- when we ordered food the first day there was mold on the bottom of the bread. food was expensive. they charged us 760k rubbish and after showing the mold we got a part back.

We ordered room service and the chicken came uncooked and still raw in the middle. Unfortunately other than bringing a new dish there was no real acknowledgement of this mistake which could have made us quite ill and we were still charged for the full cost of our meal.

We booked for a night to be near the airport, which was great. The multiple pools were awesome to have the choice!

The quality of bathroom hair and shower gels is poor with no separate conditioner, should be better for 5 star hotel. The balcony seat cushions were dirty. Some of the buildings need external maintenance.

Excellent location. The swimming pools are large and well maintained. The food is very good quality and fresh. The location is on the beach and very close to the airport, but with no noise. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained.

Our only suggestion would be regarding the breakfast - It could have been great to have more gluten-free options, or at least the sign of the allergens. There wasn't any gluten-free bread.

The large territory of the hotel is all kept in a great state, with constant renovations (ie. changing the roof of certain villas.) The garden is very pretty, the buildings are clean, the staff is helpful and friendly, both the check-in and check-out swift and easy. We liked the size of our room (we booked a family suit) and the amenities in the room as well. The option of many pools was great as well as well as the proximity of the beach promenade (a little further away from all the hustle). Our kids enjoyed the sight of the planes arriving and departing, it did not bother us, but it is worth a note that the airport is close by.
