Exceeded all expectations, the communal areas are so peaceful and well kept. The staff are wonderful & very helpful. Great location as it’s central enough but down a smaller road off the main road so that it’s super quiet & you’ll get a great nights sleep.

Staff incredible, location top and super close to Canggu city centre ! Pool view in the middle of palm trees is speechless !! You can rent a bike there and they’ll bring you them to the front door

The Palms was such a great find. The whole place has this calm, welcoming energy that makes it easy to relax. Our room was bright, comfortable, and super clean you can tell they take care of everything here. I loved chilling by the pool each morning, then being able to walk to so many great cafes and shops. The staff were genuinely friendly and made the whole experience even better. Honestly, it’s one of those places you leave already thinking about when you can come back.

From the moment we arrived, I knew we’d picked the right spot. The vibe is relaxed but still feels cared for in every detail. Our room was spotless, with plenty of space and natural light. The pool area quickly became our favourite place to hang out, and it was never crowded. Location is perfect its close enough to walk to great cafes and shops, but still quiet enough to feel like an escape. The team here are warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

The shower drain in my room was clogged and when I had a shower the entire bathroom floor was full of water which took a long time to drain away.

Nice, comfortable rooms. My friend had to change rooms but they were very accommodating, my room was good from the start. Really central and convenient location but quiet which was good when I had to work. Good WiFi. Really friendly and hospitable staff. Loved it and extended my stay.

Powerpoint in bathroom didn't work but was a very minor issue. Other than that nothing!

Really enjoyed my stay at the palms. I initially booked for 3 nights but ended up extending and staying 6 nights. Staff are super attentive and very kind. As a solo traveller I felt safe and well looked after. Pool was amazing, rooms are quiet. Staff do the little things which make the place more homely such as provide fruit by the pool, aromatherapy at night in the rooms with candles. Would recommend and will come back :)

Stayed here with my boyfriend and we both really loved it. The place has this calm, easygoing feel that made us relax straight away. The room was clean and bright and had everything we needed in it. The pool was amazingly beautiful surrounded by lush gardens everywhere and had amazingly comfortable day beds to chill on. Staff were super friendly and I loved how it was so close to all the best cafes and restaurants. We’d definitely come back next time we’re in Canggu.

My partner and I stayed here for a few nights (we ended up extending) and it was exactly what we were hoping for. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was soooo comfortable, everything was really clean and well taken care of. We spent a lot of time by the pool or walking to nearby cafes. The team were lovely and always happy to help. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

The property was fantastic, just like the photos! It’s a 20 minute walk out of the hustle and bustle but a 5 min Grab ride so nice and quiet in the evenings. The surroundings are beautiful and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. I was here celebrating my mum’s 70th and they put a “happy birthday” banner in our room which I thought was lovely personal touch and much appreciated! The bed was comfy and the place was spotless and very tastefully decorated. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone considering to stay and I hope to return 1 day. The check in and out process was seamless and we had a lovely welcome drink with cooling towels. Thank you for such a great stay!

We stayed here recently and honestly didn’t want to leave. Everything was super clean, the bed was great, and we loved the pool area outside. The whole property has beautiful lush green garden areas all around it which were so nice. The staff were always kind and helpful. Loved our time here and wish we could have extended.
