Honestly, everything was excellent, nothing to complain about.

The resort is beautifully designed, very clean, and extremely comfortable. Having a private pool in front of the room was amazing 🏊‍♂️💦. The atmosphere is calm, safe, and surrounded by fresh air 🌿. Breakfast was generous and delicious, and dinner was excellent too (the fish was especially good 🐟👌). Staff service was outstanding , always smiling, polite, and genuinely caring. Special thanks to Era at the front office for the warm welcome and to Pande for being so kind and reliable. The free shuttle to Ubud center was very convenient, and we also appreciated being able to rent a motorcycle 🛵 and book trips directly at the resort. Location is perfect, only 10 minutes from Ubud, but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet.

We have to wait over an hour in the hot sun for our ride back to the hotel one day due to double bookings and extreme traffic. More vegetarian options for dinner please.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly, good internet connection, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, well-designed, and had a beautiful view. The bed was super comfortable The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of local and international dishes. The restaurant staff were also very attentive and polite I enjoyed the main pool, Gym and spa facilities very much. It was perfect This hotel is perfectly located for relaxing. The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking rice field and jungle view I would definitely stay here again, Highly recommended

Location. Pretty secluded and getting grab/gojek for pickups is a problem. However, drop offs from the city are easily doable. Limited food options. Specially breakfast menu.

Clean, well maintained, friendly staff. The shuttle service 3 times a day makes it easier to commute to the city centre. Food is good however the options are extremely limited.

My boyfriend and I stayed at The Ning for a week and it was absolutely incredible. Both of us think that this is the best hotel we ever stayed at. Is is very close to Ubud city center yet away from the noise and traffic. The rooms and beds are amazing. The pool area is lovely with a great view of the jungle. The food is amazing and all of the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Cannot recommend this resort enough.

The only downside is the location. It’s about three kilometers from Ubud center, and walking isn’t really an option, so you need a taxi or motorbike. The resort offers a shuttle service three times a day to and from Ubud, but the last return trip is at 5:30 p.m., which can be limiting if you plan to stay out longer.

The rooms were very comfortable, and the resort had a small gym with two treadmills and basic equipment—enough to get a decent workout. Breakfast was à la carte and incredibly generous: you could choose two coffees, two juices, two main dishes, and one sweet dish, plus each person received a tray of bread and a tray of fruit. There was also a spa offering massages, and the pool was absolutely beautiful—perfect for relaxing. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay.

I highly recommend the hotel for people who need to relax in peace, among greenery, in comfortable conditions. The hotel staff is very hospitable, polite, taking care of hotel guests in every respect. We have very good memories of the time in this place and would gladly come back again. The food offered by the hotel is very tasty, fresh and carefully served. The location was fine for us, we used the hotel bus. Thank you again for a wonderful time.

Maybe the location. The road to the hotel is very narrow and it was not so easy for the drivers to ride. All by all it is ok

The room was big and Nice view to the jungle. BREAKFAST wawww super service. You Can Choose so many and they prepare it freshly for you. You had so many toast options with poached eggs or sweet options. The service is super. The staff is so kind and friendly. We were there for honeymoon and were not so happy from the first room and they immediatly upgraded our room. Also my lovely husband forgot the money in the safe (so we missed our flight to Singapore) but the staff helped us and brought our money and the cards. They were so professional to handle the situation.

The resort exceeded our expectations. The food was great and the portions were enormous; the staff was helpful, the spa was great (with 15 minute complimentary massage), and the cleaning service was exceptional. It's half an hour away from the center of Ubud by car, and it's impossible to get there on foot since there are no sidewalks and the traffic can get wild. But the resort provides free shuttle that goes to and from the city three times a day, which is very convenient. You can also ask for an out-of-schedule ride for an additional charge.

The room was stunning – beautifully designed with a perfect blend of modern comfort and Balinese charm. Waking up to the lush jungle views every morning was an absolute dream. The hotel is nestled perfectly to give you that immersive jungle feel, yet it’s still conveniently located. The amenities are immaculate, I particularly enjoyed breakfast because of the staff, menu and overall feel, so that is definitely worth having if you stay. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone seeking a tranquil and luxurious escape!

The pool was cold both in the villa and main pool compared to other places. Also very quiet with no yoga or Pilates or other activities compared with other High end Uber resorts I have stayed at.

Location is a bit off but good trade-off for the nature and the vibe. The staff shared that it will be hard to catch a Grab due to local policy to protect local taxi business but we did not get any prob when booking Grab taxi, especially during the evening
