Pool needs some shade

No air conditioning in the hallways and elevators... the breakfast room wasn't pretty and way too crowded for it's size. No Nutella on the breakfast buffet is a big miss out. When you serve waffles, you should make them to order. Otherwise people just grab the whole plate from the buffet and noone else can have some. Aluminium parts around the poolside heat up extremely. Better use would be polyrattan, glass or ceramic

Incredible food and beautiful rooftop restaurant. Nice pool and staff is very kind. Our room was always clean and well made. Garage service is very nice.

Excellent hotel, excellent service. Modern and large rooms, balcony with a nice view. Very good buffet breakfast. Large infinity roof top pool and restaurant. Short walk to beautiful beaches, supermarkets, cafes. Highly recommend, excellent value for money.

Breakfast food was okay but could be better. Price was ok but a bit more variety of vegetarian hot food would be great. Also the TV-based room service system is a great idea but ours kept reverting back to the main menu every 30 seconds or so while we tried to select our food.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, location was great. Room was clean and tidy, as expected.

Breakfast could have had more options. We came towards the end of service which meant there wasn’t a lot of choice. If you go earlier there are many more options

Such a lovely hotel in a great location to the beach. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and we were so amazed to see the most beautiful floral and towel display for our extended honeymoon in our room. This was really beautiful. The rooftop set up is amazing with a great pool and relaxing area to sit. Our bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very clean.

It's hard to say what I didn't like. Perhaps the prices at the rooftop restaurant were the same as those at a European restaurant, but the setting wasn't a problem for my family. Perhaps Booking.com could also offer a lunch-inclusive package.

A high-end hotel worthy of European standards, the decor is meticulous, and the staff is impeccable. Flawless. And for me, an exceptional stay.

The gym is quite small but good equipped, the pool and the top floor view are very nice

Barista coffee wasn't included in the price of the buffet breakfast. Though large enough for our needs, the room was smaller than it appeared in photos. Having said that, we would return here as these were minor things and overall our stay was great.

The buffet breakfast was excellent with so many selections and freshly prepared eggs, bacon, and paratha. The sunset views from the rooftop pool were amazing as well. The staff were friendly and attentive and did everything they could to look after us. The location is ideal for being near both the local shops and restaurants and the luxury beach resorts.

It was a reasonable in terms of price. I spent very little time at the hotel and did not make use of any of the amenities.

Great location and close to most attractions, shopping and restaurants. You can walk to a few places close by but Nusa Dua is not very pedestrian friendly so it’s good to have access to a motorbike or scooter. Also, most restaurants and spas offer free transport if you make a reservation in advance. The room was spacious and very clean. Comfortable with AC and a balcony. The breakfast was good. I really enjoyed the made to order paratha and fresh fruits. Also, enjoyed the live performance on the rooftop restaurant- Roost.

The pool and deck area needs replacing and renovation but it lacks space. We didn’t have breakfast so unable to comment

Great big rooms and supersized bed, Huge! Plenty of PowerPoints but small balconies with only one chair, and the balcony lights stay on all night, you can’t turn them off but the curtains are dark! Fridge was nice and cold…plenty of storage in room Great aircon and TV channels.. Modern big bathroom with power shower, and lovely soft bathrobes you don’t get often in Bali. Not in the best location but turn left out of hotel then first right down a lane with market stalls and thru to the beach where all the fancy hotels are! Rooftop bar is beautiful where you can have breakfast & lunch. The pool area is not very nice it’s in need of renovations and lets the hotel down. A few sunbeds and beanbags! There’s a Gym and Spa here too, and the staff are so friendly.. we stayed 3 nights for Aud $350 fantastic value.

The lifts need a sensor on it, they close in on you, I saw a few people get hurt including my daughter.

Great location, comfortable stay. We only stayed one night but would definitely return. Very friendly staff the roof top restaurant and pool are a lovely vibe.

The only things to be aware of for me, the restaurant menu was limited for veggie/vegan options and the pool area is very small so can get quite crowded.

Great value for money and amazing location. The hotel is in walking distance of both the beach and the resorts which have lots of great restaurants and shops which was perfect. The rooms were clean and spacious and we were able to get adjoining rooms for our family of four. The hotel has a lovely rooftop pool and restaurant and staff were super friendly and helpful at all times. Overall a great stay for our family.
