Loud music till 2 am , I guess if you’re staying here to party (which we weren’t) it wouldn’t bother you but it did keep us up!

It is central so great location to visit areas around Uluwatu.

Just be mindful, like many other reviews say, there is a club across the road with pounding music all through the night. We were supplied with ear plugs from the staff which was great, however, we were there Sunday night which is the sunset party, and the music was so loud through until 4am we did not sleep very well at all. This is not a reflection of the staff or hotel itself, just advising future guests. Great place if you’re partying yourself!

The property is beautiful, very peaceful during the day. The staff are incredibly friendly too. The location is brilliant, just a short walk to the cliffs, surrounding restaurants, clubs etc.

Our room said that it had a sofa bed and when I asked a sofa bed was confirmed, however there was just a sofa not a sofa bed.

Very good location right next to single Fin, the staff were very friendly and it was nice having the pool and sun lingers as well :) the room was also a good size!

There is a loud club right across the street. Upon arrival, we were warned that there might be a loud music on Sunday, but it was already super loud on the night of arrival (Friday). I appreciate that they let us checkout after one night and returned money for the nights we cancelled.

Originally we were excited for the location and facilities. The staff were nice.

Good location and comfortable rooms. The area is behind closed doors which gives a little bit more privacy. We enjoyed the accommodation's "own house" style.

I was dissapointed as the information in Booking is different as what they have in their property. When I booked it showed that breakfast was included, which it wasn't. Also it said that there was a spa in their facilities and I picked the accom because of it.

I loved the location mainly as you could walk to town in less than 10 minutes. Also loved the ambiance of the villas and the pool area had a nice view.

Bathroom was dirty and the floor was cracked, and the paint was worn out, which made it look dirty. Really loud music until 4am. No room service during our 3 nights stay. A bit expensive for the loud music.

We missing some small bar where we can buy some fresh juices. Missing some bed cover. With air con it was ok, but at the night was pretty cold. Tuning off air con wasnt good idea. Its pretty loud outside. Fridge was awfully loud haha.

Location is perfect. Really close to Uluwatu Beach. Really.nice garden, clean and cozy. Garden pool also really good. Where u can rest. Free WiFi

Needed to ask for a few things when first arrived that wasn’t in the rooms and issue with TV. However the staff were happy to help with a smile. The pool area was a bit ordinary and the garden needed a bit of attention. Probably better suited for younger guests. Can get a bit noisy in the evening.

The staff were really friendly and were so helpful. Really large rooms and nice setting area out the rent. Nice vista and quiet.

There is no lights in the bedrooms, we had to use a torch to see anything at night. The drain for the shower is on the opposite side of the bathroom so it feels like the bathroom floods everytime you shower. The shower head itself is also broken and sprays out in all different directions. The bedding had a weird smell.

I liked the location on it's own, but that includes a construction project (and all that noise) right in front of the door, plus a night party until 2-3 am two times a week right in front of the place every time have to pay a fee (small IDR 5-10 ribu) for entering the road to go in to the place by taxi the shower doesn't seem to be very well projected. water from showering goes over and covers the entire bathroom floor

cute place with some greenery I liked the location on it's own, close to single fin but there is a big BUT (read dislikes) the bed was big and the cushions were comfy friendly helpful stuff

At the time of our stay (Aug 2023) there was a construction site at one side of the hotel although it wasn’t too loud, and a nightclub was running on the other side (think it’s only once weekly) which was very loud and ran late. When booking it says breakfast is available to pay at the property but there was no breakfast option - but lots of gorgeous cafes nearby.

Beautiful spacious rooms and lovely setting that almost feels like a little village. Great location for getting to Suluban beach!

There is no hot water, the only mirror is in the bathroom and the lightning there is very bad, there is no tea or coffee provided in the room. There was also some construction going on when I was there.

Location is good, very close to beach and there are some nice cafes, restaurants, and shops at walking distance.

On Sunday night there was extremely loud music next to the hotel from 12am-3am. The hotel warned us of this at check in so we had ear plugs but otherwise it would have been unpleasant.

No services offered, no scooter rental or laundry (can get it down the road though).

Hotel itself is ok, but compared to what you get in other areas/ cities of the island, Uluwatu is simply way overpriced and hyped for no good reason.
