The staff were exceptional. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was varied and did cater to dietary requirements if requested. The pool area was comfortable and the pool was appealing to the eye.

AustraliaLack of pool towels one day. Buffer breakfast was good but not as amazing as other hotels. The Bain Marie’s didn’t seem to keep the food very warm.
Location was perfect. Size of hotel was great. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Any staff passing by in corridor or entering always had a wave and a welcome. Security guys out the front were just amazing with friendliness, flagging Bluebirds and helping cross the road.

The best thing about the hotel is the wonderful staff, they are all so friendly welcoming and helpful. The place is spotlessly clean. The rooms are showing age but are kept clean and well stocked, the bed was comfy. The pool view rooms are great for sitting on the balcony, the ones not on the road side are much quieter. The pool is sparkling clean and comfortable temperature, the sun is on one side , then full sun for around an hour then moves to the other side. So if you like shade or sun it’s good for both. We always got a sun lounger and the pool bar and staff are great, and fast service. The cocktails are excellent quality and really good selection, buy one get one free all day. The breakfast had a decent selection and well stocked continuously, coffee is good. The restaurant mozzarella has a good selection on the menu and well presented and hot food, good prices with tax and service charge included. They also have some good entertainment. The position of the hotel is right near garlic lane, some great restaurants near by, money changer next door is great, and a laundry next door, and mini marts. The spa is good for massage and great prices.

AustraliaThe pool area is rather small for the amount of guests. The sun only hits one side of the pool at a time. If traveling with children I wouldn’t say it’s a very kid friendly pool especially not for toddlers as there’s no space around the pool.
Rooms were spacious, staff were lovely, restaurant on site was well priced and delicious. The spa wow was amazing well priced for a nice day spa which was clean and easy to book.

AustraliaWe extended our stay by a day, which should have been easy given they had availability & we were not changing dates just added an extra night, however we had to make a separate booking for the extra night and we were backwards and forwards with them about wanting to stay in the same room & not having to check in & out again. Booking system seems clunky & not very user friendly. Also could not check into our room on arrival until after 3pm and had arrived at 10.30am. Not sure why they were unable to process our room sooner given the checkout time Is firmly 11am.
The staff are all lovely & very welcoming The location is good, an easy walk to the beach. The rooms an are spacious & comfortable but also a little bit tired. Overall good value for money & comfortable.
