The toilets were a bit weird but did flush. More cereal catering for gluten allergies would be nice.

The staff were exceptional. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was varied and did cater to dietary requirements if requested. The pool area was comfortable and the pool was appealing to the eye.

Lifts not very reliable .bit scared to use them incase break down as they weren’t working when we arrived .

Amazing location right in the heart of Legian. Room was fantastic with our own plunge pool and a very comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lack of pool towels one day. Buffer breakfast was good but not as amazing as other hotels. The Bain Marie’s didn’t seem to keep the food very warm.

Location was perfect. Size of hotel was great. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Any staff passing by in corridor or entering always had a wave and a welcome. Security guys out the front were just amazing with friendliness, flagging Bluebirds and helping cross the road.

Loved everything

Everything. If you are staying in Legion I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. From the staff out the front who will stop traffic for you to cross the road or wave down a taxi. All staff are very friendly and helpful

Rooms on the laneway side too noisy for us.

The best thing about the hotel is the wonderful staff, they are all so friendly welcoming and helpful. The place is spotlessly clean. The rooms are showing age but are kept clean and well stocked, the bed was comfy. The pool view rooms are great for sitting on the balcony, the ones not on the road side are much quieter. The pool is sparkling clean and comfortable temperature, the sun is on one side , then full sun for around an hour then moves to the other side. So if you like shade or sun it’s good for both. We always got a sun lounger and the pool bar and staff are great, and fast service. The cocktails are excellent quality and really good selection, buy one get one free all day. The breakfast had a decent selection and well stocked continuously, coffee is good. The restaurant mozzarella has a good selection on the menu and well presented and hot food, good prices with tax and service charge included. They also have some good entertainment. The position of the hotel is right near garlic lane, some great restaurants near by, money changer next door is great, and a laundry next door, and mini marts. The spa is good for massage and great prices.

Only issue we had was the shower leaked out onto bathroom floor, we just put towels down to soak up the water.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Pool was lovely and could usually find a sunbed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The Mozzarella restaurant was nice

The pool area is rather small for the amount of guests. The sun only hits one side of the pool at a time. If traveling with children I wouldn’t say it’s a very kid friendly pool especially not for toddlers as there’s no space around the pool.

Rooms were spacious, staff were lovely, restaurant on site was well priced and delicious. The spa wow was amazing well priced for a nice day spa which was clean and easy to book.

The only thing wrong with this hotel is there is a lot of shade over the pool so if you are a big sun baker it can be hard to find a bed sister to lay in the sun

Booking system to extend our stay was clunky & all took a long time to sort out to stay for an extra night. It took ages for us to be checked in, we arrived at 10.30am and did not get into our room until after 3.30pm

We extended our stay by a day, which should have been easy given they had availability & we were not changing dates just added an extra night, however we had to make a separate booking for the extra night and we were backwards and forwards with them about wanting to stay in the same room & not having to check in & out again. Booking system seems clunky & not very user friendly. Also could not check into our room on arrival until after 3pm and had arrived at 10.30am. Not sure why they were unable to process our room sooner given the checkout time Is firmly 11am.

The staff are all lovely & very welcoming The location is good, an easy walk to the beach. The rooms an are spacious & comfortable but also a little bit tired. Overall good value for money & comfortable.

I don't like public pools with swim up bars and one pool wasn't enough. I usually stay in villa with private pool but decided to change it up. I could not bring myself to use the pool. Too many people.

Fantastic location with all the comfort and convenience! Very pleased with all the features and fittings in the room. Perfect, stay to relax, rest, and enjoy all nits amenities and surroundings. Had the opossum to go to the pool every day at any time, great drinks at the pool bar, and excellent service.
