The shower is not great. Wifi is terrible.

Tucked in a quiet street 5 mins walk from food and shops, 10 mins walk from the beach. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean. Included breakfast was good. We also ate 2 evening meals there, after long days of travelling- food was simple but tasty and came out quite quickly.

Not only a quiet, atmospheric spot in a busy neighbourhood close to the airport with clean, well-appointed rooms, but when a delivery went wrong, the owner went out of her way to help us. Very highly recommended!

Place for breakfast and check in is not so clean as it is the rest of the property. My son step on something in the pool and cut his leg, but we couldnt recognize what it was. Otherweise the pool is clean and well maintend. Checking the room at check out from the staff here.

Big clean room. Good quite AC. Swimming pool. Tempel in the yard. Close to airport ( 5 minutes walk) and 20 minutes walk to Kuta beach.

Everything was great; there was a lot of noise in the very early morning that woke us up but we were only staying one night so wasn't an issue!

Really nice accommo, staff were friendly and convenient location to airport. Bed was very comfy. Lots of restaurants a short stroll away. Loved the authentic vibe of the hotel

Everything was good

The hotel is very close to the airport where- we walked easily to and from the airport. We also walked into Seminyak for the afternoon. The room is a good size, very clean and comfortable for a short stay.

Very close to the airport. The place has its own mini temple which is quite nice. The information provided during check in was also extensive and clear, but unfortunately we stayed only for the night. It would have been a little bit nicer to have tried staying an extra night just to experience the vibe better.

The bathrooms / showers needs and upgrade .... there is only a handheld showerhose against the wall .... any easy installation of a showerhead will make a huge difference ....

Very conveniently located near the airport. Very friendly and helpfull staff 24h front desk Rooms are basic but clean I LOVED the ramp right next to the stairs to the 2nd floor .... no need to carry heavy suitcases up & down the stairs , you can just roll them alongside the stairs !

It’s just that I got there I was scared I was being ripped off my by driver and so I asked the front desk and they didn’t really confirm if I was paying too much and I paid 400,000 rupiah for was what a 7 minute ride. I thought they may have helped but they were really young on the desk

Pillows were a bit huge, but I had a travel one so survived. Bathrooms in the tropics always smell a bit manky, but it was clean so thats all you can ask for. Hot water didnt work in the morning - again thats life in Indo so I was happy with the refresh before embarking on our next travel leg.

Close to Bali Airport with efficient 24/7 Service. Clean, basic but cheap and comfy enough to get off delayed flights from Australia, have a showers get three hours kip and get a very early flight to Sulawasi. Gardens and pool looked lovely as we stumbled in at 2 in the morning. Super cheap and good value really. let to early for breakfast, but that would have been a bonus at half the price.

The cleanest place we have stayed in Bali. Great room size, great location, nice and quite. Only a 10 minutes walk into the airport terminal. Can't recommend this place enough.

the airport is really just 10 minutes to walk and the place was still silent. It is very clean and nice. I had to leave a little bit earlier than the normal breakfast time, but they organized some food and drink for me, which was very nice.

A charming place with lovely surrounds to stay close to the beach and airport. A comfortable and quiet room with good air conditioner that allows rest. The staff are always welcoming and friendly.Nothing is a problem for them to make your stay a lovely experience. The kitchen provides delicious food and a affortable cost. I always feel very safe at The Kutaya.
