The nightclub down the side of the hotel can be very loud in the early hours (this isn't really the hotel's fault), just something to be aware of.

The location was perfect, and useful parking in the basement too. The staff were very polite and helpful. The staff were very helpful when we wanted to change rooms and helped us with hiring a scooter.

The breakfast took a bit too long to cook

I like how the staff were courteous and empathetic. The front counter staff, Nanda, booked me a ride to my destination after I couldn't find the location on my app. I love the water pressure in the shower which was on point, and perfect for relaxation even when the property is nestled in the busy area of Canggu

Pool didn’t have privacy next to the construction site (however I know the construction is outside of hotels control).

I was luckily upgraded to the king suite, it was lovely! Only down fall is I prefer to have a view and I was on the ground floor, the pool itself was small and dark plus was next to a construction site….so not much privacy. I didn’t use the private pool because of this. The pool on the roof was lovely though!! They also gave me early check in which was really appreciated as I was sick with Bali belly. The staff were exceptional

the rooms we stayed in don't have much of a view. the only complaint is that there's construction nearby but staff helped was helpful and switched us to a quieter room.

The staff were so lovely and welcoming. We arrived very late, and without us even asking, they kindly upgraded our room for free. I believe the hotel is quite new, the room was gorgeous, and the rooftop with a pool and bar was stunning. The location was perfect, and we really appreciated the underground parking where we could safely park our motorbike at night.

Staff are very friendly, they couldn’t do enough for us and was always there to help with anything. The hotel and room itself was very nice, clean and it was a lovely stay. Breakfast fresh and tasty. The location is excellent for Finns and Atlas beach clubs, only 10 minutes walk down the road and there’s also a nightclub next door called the Vault which is also very good. There was a little bit of noise during the nights but it was to be expected being in canggu.

Absolutely loved everything about our stay here. Staff was so friendly and attentive. Amenities were lush. Beds very comfortable. Also, perks of nearby restaurant and spa discounts was a huge plus. Very centrally located in Canggu and had our pick of coffee, matcha, cocktail spots and restaurants all within a few feet.

Replace glass cups with plastic ones. My wife accidentally knocked into the counter and the small teacup fell and broke on the tile floor. The replacement cost was rediculously high but they waived it. I would much rather have a more solid plastic cup than an unstable glass one. Otherwise, the place was fantastic and probably our favorite of the 7 places we stayed in Bali.

The best thing about this place was that the couch AND bathroom were in an air conditioned space unlike every villa we stayed at. Also, we did not smell smoke from burning trash or hear people or vehicles the entire time we were in our room! Very quiet and comfortable! Location was great, close to lots of restaurants, the beach, and shopping. Great location!
