Rooms were clean and very big with amenities including kettle and fridge. Internet was good and the staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly. They made us feel at home. The staff provided an excellent service for our 10 day stay. My husband hurt his leg surfing and the staff went out of their way to help him recover by calling the local physiotherapist and much more. The breakfast was great and the kitchen open all day and into the evening. Fabulous pool with lots of day beds.

Large room and the pool was very good and all set in gorgeous surroundings. The staff were very friendly.

I felt that the room I had was overpriced for what you had and compared to other properties I stayed in on lombok was not good value.

    Friendly staff and private rooms

Facilities are outdated, with a drizzle cold shower and stained linen. Not good value for money

Large rooms, clean. Lovely staff and really helpful. Neat gardens and pool area. Fun for kids. Plenty of scooter parking.

Reception & waring (cafe) was a metal shack. Half the hotel is still a building site. Coconuts on the trees around the pool needed a trim for safety. The whole facility needed some soul. From room decoration, gardens, the layout. Rooms were bare. Charging premium price with sub-par facility, no bar or real restaurant/social area. We left feeling we hadn’t stated at a hotel, but clean serviced apartmemts.

The staff are super friendly and welcoming. The pool is very nice to relax by. The room is big and spacious

The bathroom is very basic, it could be improved by putting in some shelves and hooks for towels. Also give guests hand towels. The shampoo and body wash are cheap. There are large cracks all over the room, even tho they're constructing more room, they should focus on making the existing ones better first, for the price it should have a higher standard

Breakfast was good, lovely pancakes, Big Jonny was great and Julian and all the team there were so welcoming and fun, we had great banter and both my sons had fun with the staff. Pool area was lovely and also quiet, bit of a distance from main strip of bars and food, to me it was fine as easy moped ride . The staff really made it and went above and beyond. Papa J, Little Jonny Josh and the girls all say hello from Wales and Oz hopefully see you next year.

TV was in process of being sorted, probably done now.

Good location, friendly staff, lovely gardens, comfortable bed, good ac and great food….especially the smoothie bowl.

Bad start by not being picked up at the airport after I had organised it with them. We were given the wrong room after we had unpacked and had to move. Construction works happening with power shortages and no hot water.

Kebon Lambok has been a great experience for our whole family. Not only the facilities are very comfortable and clean, the staff has shown a deep human connection with all our family members. We will always remember Julian and the chef ( Please try the Falafelicious, just delicious) that we called “Susu”. They made our life so easy, being always available and with a smile every time we were talking to them. We strongly recommend the Kebon. If we come.m back to Kuta, this will be our place to stay, no doubt!

i just spent a week here with my 2 daughters, as a solo mum it’s important to feel secure and safe, The Kebon ticked all the boxes, the staff are so lovely, it felt like family btt we left. the pool is lovely and palms allow for shade, rooms are spacious and clean. you do need to ask for room clean but no real bother, it was always done when we asked. little more attention could have been given to emptying bins and clearing breakfast plates on the terrace (lovely touch to have it brought to the room) but honestly that’s minor, the staff really do make this place. location is away from the noise of the main drag, which is bit of an unlit road to walk to so my torch came in handy but never felt unsafe. also they are is building work going on so you have to pass through this bit to get on the resort but once youre in you hardly notice it. i’d definitely stay again, all the fellow guests we met loved it too.

only minor things, which i stated.

The bed was very comfy and air con 10/10. Perfect location and the breakfast every morning is delicious. Try the banana pancakes. There’s no where else I will stay coming to Lombok. Beautiful rooms. Lovely pool. Nice and quiet away from the business of the main street. Breakfast was simple, but did the job, Banana pancakes were great!

The restaurant is a bit adhoc, hard to tell when it's open. Was only open one night I was there, nice simple food. They are building and expanding, so this will probably be sorted soon Location is a 10min walk to the main street/cafe section. I was walking & travelling solo, so would've liked to be closer. But the good side was it was quiet & and easy walk.

Our stay at Kebon was fantastic. Every single member of staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Antoks cooking was really incredible and cheaper than most restuarants in town, and he was also super friendly and lovely to chat to. The rooms and facilities themselves were also really lovely, and though the other reviews are correct about a lack of important mosquito meshes in the bathroom, we didn't find ourselves bitten at all while here - despite usually being targets. The hotel rents scooters out for a very reasonable price, and they have good availability with a really high quality of scooter. We hadn't ridden before visiting the Kebon, but they were very happy to teach us safely within the grounds. I cannot stress enough how lovely the staff were, and how much they absolutely made our stay in Kuta amazing. Thank you so much to all of them, and we look forward to coming back as soon as we can!

Absolutely nothing. Thank you to all the staff.

We were really disappointed to find out that all the rooms here are charged the same, even though they’re not the same quality. Our first room was in terrible condition—old, dirty, poorly maintained, with a view of a storage area. The AC didn’t work, and the sheets had stains. After complaining, we were moved to another room that actually matched the photos. We ended up extending our stay and asked for a discount for that first night, which we initially didn’t get. They charged us the same rate as on Booking.com, even though we extended directly at the front desk. The staff is kind and helpful, but it’s frustrating how everything is marked up and there’s a constant attempt to overcharge tourists. They even add a 3% fee if you pay by card, even though Booking says payment is handled online—so you end up paying the full Booking price plus an extra charge for paying at the property. In the end, they gave us a small discount, but only after insisting and pushing for it. It shouldn’t have to be that hard

    Overcharging

The highlight of the Kebon for me was the warmth and helpfulness of the staff, from the owner all the way down. I was travelling alone, and appreciated their friendliness and care. Breakfast was great - a plate of fresh fruit plus a cooked meal of some sort. I particularly liked the mie goreng and nasi goreng. The mattress and pillows were comfy. A kettle was provided, along with coffee sachets, teacups and glasses. Water pressure in the shower was good. The wi-fi was excellent. I felt very comfortable there.

I'd have loved a mirror near a power outlet so I could use a hairdryer to dry my hair. And maybe a full length mirror somewhere so I could see what I looked like. I didn't have my own transport. The staff offered to take me places and pick me up, which was lovely of them, although I didn't take them up on it. Ideally, have your own wheels!

The rooms are really spacious and new. Everything is really tidy even the outside area and the breakfast is also really tasty. You can choose different options and eat it where you want; the pool, your room or the dining area. At first we booked only two nights here but we liked it so much that we booked three more. The staff really makes you feel at home. Julian and their team are really friendly, funny and are willing to help with everything. It’s only a 5 min drive with scooter to the centrum, so also a perfect location. We would really recommend this stay!
