Not the property’s fault, but true to Bali’s tourist areas it’s important to note there is a lot of construction in the area (Aug 2025).

Sometimes impossible to find staff when I needed something, would be great if there was maybe a bell at the front desk or a Whatsapp number.

Very comfortable beds, modern, clean, great value for money. Beautiful location only 15mins from Pererenan, super quiet and peaceful, away from all the traffic and construction. Good wifi, enough for remote work although video calls were a bit tricky.

There were some issues with the internet during our stay, but the team went above and beyond, sharing their personal hotspot to ensure we stayed connected.

The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area surrounded by beautiful rice fields. The location is excellent—close to the ocean but still away from the crowds. The room was clean and well-maintained. The staff was kind, polite, and always ready to help. Even during heavy rain, there were no leaks, and everything stayed dry and comfortable. Great service and a relaxing atmosphere!

Loved our room and the balcony! It's also really nice that there are small communal seating spots outside the rooms that look over the rice field. You can see the sea and sunset from them. The breakfast was good! Location also really good if you love Seseh Beach.

This place was great. The staff were very friendly. Less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. I would give it a 10 but there is always room for improvement. The food was good but the menu a bit limited. The room needed a mirror. It was a long way to walk to the nearest Indomaret/restaurants - ok if you have/rent transport.

The only downside is that the rooms weren’t sealed very well. Every morning the dogs on the street weere barking around 6/6.30 and woke us up.

We had a lovely stay for more than two weeks. The staff was excellent,altough we think it is a little to much for two people to run a hotel including breakfast, cleaning the rooms and running a coffee shop. However, we deffinitely recommend this place and will come back!

The location is remote, but I guess the area is developed. Therefore, the location will also improve, otherwise, you have to rent a scooter (if that is still possible in Bali).

It wasnt clean, the bathroom tap was moving and the bidet pressure was painful, there was no hot water, the sheets had a stain on them. Staff were nice but the room itself was not in a good condition. There was no hand soap, the location was awful too, in the middle of nowhere. We booked another hotel the same day

-If you don't have a scooter then this place could be challenging, because it is far from city -The rooms really begs for deep clean -Mold smell in rooms -Floors where dirty even after room service

-Food is cheap and delicious -Quiet place, with no traffic around -Swimming pool + coconut after a run was amazing -500m walk to black sand beach, with almost no people, we liked to swim there -Staff is very welcoming and polite

Closet has a very strong chemical smell, towels have holes in them and no toiletries. Bed was really hard and had a back ache after a night there. In addition, management is not flexible in considering a special circumstance for a no show on first night. I could not make it back to Bali for first night due to severe weather condition at Bali port and management would not even consider for a 50% refund. Another important note for this property is the pricing. I booked in April and I was quoted S$72 a night and when I arrived, the price per night has dropped to S$53/night. Booking.com has not responded to my inquiries for a partial refund and I am quite disappointed with this large price discrepancies. Lesson learned, do not book this property too far in advance. The property is quite remote and the chances of it getting fully booked is slim. If possible, do a last minute booking for best price.
