We noticed this visit no face cloths were available and could have done with one more towel for our room.

Excellent indonesian part of breakfast, friendly staff, very good location, calm swimming pool area. Breakfast is buffet with good choice of dishes, but the indonesian ones really tasted excellent.

We arrived at midnight and there was outside noise and lights from signs flicking. It took a long time to cool the room as it was soo hot when we arrived

I had an amazing experience at The Kana Kuta Hotel! I arrived before the official check-in time and decided to leave my luggage at the front desk while I explored the area. To my surprise, when I returned to check in, the hotel staff had already taken the time to place my luggage in my room. I was so impressed by their attentiveness and thoughtfulness. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was seamless from the start. It’s this kind of exceptional service that truly sets The Kana Kuta apart, and I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Bali!

The room is not large

It is easy to contact the hotel through booking. Our schedule delay and we check in one day later however all the communications with hotel are smoothly through booking

The fixtures in the hotel room are old and worn out, badly need a serious renovation. The comforters inside covers are dark and very worn out, the beds also sinked when you sleep on them.

The hotel has nice breakfast buffet, definitely worth to include during your stay.

The water outlet from the sink is very short and when using it, the jet wets the entire area. The hotel is very nice and clean, but everything around it is dirty and full of debris.

Second time at this hotel. Close to the airport and is a very clean and comfortable hotel with a lovely pool. The staff are super friendly and helpful too right from the security guard. They did mess up my airport pick up but were apologetic about it so its all forgiven.

We had a double room on the top floor which I would expect to have a nice view but all we got was a room facing some dirty open space and an eyesore of an old building.

We stayed for 4 days and it was quite a pleasant experience. The highlight of the hotel is its pool and dining area which is very tastefully done. Our room included breakfast which was very elaborate and good. The staff even packed us a breakfast box on one of the days when we had to start early. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, housekeeping does a great job and staff at all places are very friendly and helpful.
