The room doesnt have anywhere to hang clothes or towels. Would be good to replace the sofa with a cupboard instead so guests can keep organised :)

I had a really pleasant stay at The Jumbo Homestay in Kuta Lombok! The owner and the staff were super friendly and helpful. They really made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The atmosphere is very relaxed, perfect if you’re looking for a cozy place to rest after exploring Lombok. The location is also strategic close to the main street, cafes, and only a short ride away from the beach. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Would definitely recommend The Jumbo Homestay to anyone visiting Kuta Lombok. I’d love to stay here again next time I’m back!

Mosquitoes outside the room and in bathroom. Not their fault, it’s so common in whole of lombok! So better keep the doors closed all the time. Needs constant maintenance , else the place will lose the charm like cleaning the cobwebs and dusting of the room furnitures. Outside parking area is a bit dusty because of the road. And 50mtr road is quite bad as it’s under maintenance.

There was everything available , mini fridge, tv , cloth hanging stand outside the room, cupboard, room slippers , toiletries, fitted hair dryer, AC , water to refill , hot water , rooms were cleaned everyday. Staff were so nice and the breakfast was really good even though they didn’t have all the options on the menu. Little far from the main beach area but it’s quieter here. One can easily opt this place for longer stays. No fresh juice but it’s ok for the price you pay. We checked out pretty early and requested if they could pack us some breakfast as we left at 6.15am. And they agreed. We didnt really say what exactly we want. We were ok with nasi goreng or some sandwich. They didn’t have to but they did pack some really nice breakfast and it was hot! We had it later and were really impressed by the packing and all the stuff inside (we asked for something simple as I have some health issues if I don’t eat on time) thank you so much for that wonderful breakfast pack!!

The room was massive, really clean, so modern. It had plenty of space to put our things, and amazing lighting and LED light options. This is without a doubt the best Homestay I’ve ever stayed in. I’ve stayed in hotels triple the price that weren’t as nice as this. The breakfast was also incredible, so much choice and such good value for money. The location is perfect, everything you need within 5 minutes on the scooter. If you stay anywhere in Kuta, it should be here!! Thank you so much!

The entire experience at Jumbo was excellent. All of the staff is very kind and helpful. The location is great - 3 minute scooter ride or a 15 minute walk to the center of Kuta. It is easy to get to it from the main road (only around 200m) but very quiet. The room was spacious, clean and had AC. For the breakfast there are 3 main options to choose from (Indonesian, Continental and American), and it was very tasty. They helped us with the transfer from the airport, we rented a scooter from them and they organised laundry cleaning couple of times during our stay. Would definitely recommend staying at Jumbo!

I cannot rate this property high enough. The value for money is exceptional - I felt like I was staying in a 4 star hotel. The room was new, modern, clean and so spacious. The bed was the comfiest bed I’ve had in Indonesia, and the shower was modern, hot and had fantastic pressure. The breakfast had 3 choices, and gave so much food. The room has a lovely terrace with seating also. I have paid more for rooms that were nowhere near as nice as this one. Highly recommend - yes it is a little further from the restaurants/bar/beaches - but still only 10 minutes walking to the centre of everything. It is worth the walk to stay somewhere this nice. It was so quiet too.

The room is massive and really clean, honestly the best homestay I've stayed. The staff were all really accommodating and friendly. I didn't have breakfast because I wanted to try the local restaurants, but from what I can see they're massive portions and seems great. Overall, really great stay and not too far from everywhere.

Nothing, but the location is about 20 minutes walk from Kuta town with the restaurants & bars (there are some quieter ones nearby). Not a problem if you rented a scooter or like walking; like I did.

Really good value for money, nice big comfy bed, bathroom with good preassure hot water. Good fast wifi.
