The shower head was clogged by calcium, I'm sure they would have cleared it but we only had one night and it was not worth it. WhatsApp availability is somewhat slow.

If you are lucky enough to find this wonderful house, don't miss it. We had a wonderful 5 nights in Canggu thanks to the kind hosts, great location and sweet looking house. I'm so lucky to have met them and will stay here again if I come back.

We stayed at The Jangkar Canggu Guesthouse & Villa for 3 nights, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and at ease. The place is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and has a special energy that makes it stand out. Pasan is more than just a host — he became a friend. He went above and beyond in every way, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The hospitality here truly exceeded all expectations. This is more than just a guesthouse — it’s a perfectly run place with heart. There's nothing I don't like, cause it was exactly what I signed up for. There's no kettle in room, but just have to go to reception and the friendly team will get you hot water!

Felt like home away from home. The team at Jangkar was really friendly and helpful. Walking distance to warung sika which serves really good nasi padang, walking distance to I'm Vegan Babe and Secret Spot, and both are plant-based F&B outlets. Good food!

There were a lot of stray dogs around, and they would bark late at night. But the staff can't really control that. And although the curtains were very good, some light shon into our room from the lights outside, so we didn't have complete darkness when trying to go to sleep. Not a big deal though.

This place was very clean, modern and had spacious rooms. It was also so close to everything. We were spoilt for choice when it came to choosing somewhere to eat. The staff were lovely and would ask via whatsapp if we needed anything. The bed was large and comfortable. And the shower was amazing! The WiFi was also very fast.

Everything was perfect! Really well located in Canggu yet very quiet place. Room was big and clean, water everyday in the room, small pool super nice when it gets too warm and the family & staff are the kindest people you can find! They also arranged scooters for us at a very good price. Can only recommend !

We were there for 6 weeks and felt at home from day 1… the location is perfect, near the buzz but not in a noisy area…the room is big and comfortable, it has a great bathroom and nice balcony to chill… The staff are very friendly, helpful and polite… the place is kept spotless… wonderful…

No complaints!

Mahen and all of the staff have been great! Couldn’t do enough for us happy to help and always smiling. Rooms are big, high ceilings and spacious. HUGE bed. Pool area is small but perfect, lovely bean bags and throws to lounge on. From what I can tell there’s only about 6-10 rooms in total and all couples staying, so very peaceful atmosphere. Location is spot on, 15 min walk down to the beach front and the road itself is full of cafes and breakfast spots. Had our room cleaned every single morning and laundry done here too! Thank you - we would definitely stay again on another trip to Bali.

Loved the villa itself, super private, everything we needed. Great bedrooms, common area, pool area! Everything really!! Really sweet, friendly staff, they couldn't do more for us! Location is good being off one of the main roads.

Unfortunately it was very loud on a night so I didn't sleep, I only stayed one night so this might have been a one off though.

The staff are amazing! This was my favourite part about staying here because they were so kind and friendly. The room is very clean and comfortable.
