Although there are only about ten steps up to the property, they are extremely deep.

Gorgeous property, clean rooms, lovely helpful staff. Great location at the top of a steep hill with stunning views. Too far to walk to the restaurants and beach but we hired a scooter from the property and they also called for us a taxi into the town. Best banana pancakes for breakfast.

The location is on the hill with nice view on the ocean and 5 minutes away from Kuta. It is a perfect spot to explore the southern part of the island. The hospitality of the owner Adhi and his team is amazing and their flexibility is also awesome.

Adhy is a wonderful host, along with his staff. They are friendly and welcoming and offer you tea and coffee whenever you come home. Breakfast was great and the rooms were spacious and clean. I would definitely come and stay again at The Hill View Lombok!

The shower only had cold water.

Not being a scooter rider myself, I was very happy when the owner's nephew, Idi, offered to drive me around. Idi showed me some places without tourists and taught me a little Bahasa. When I wanted to go surfing, they put me in touch with a great instructor with whom I am still in contact.

We booked for one night last minute and so glad we found Adhy's place. Adhy and staff are amazing, and so accommodating. For those that surf the accommodation is located in a perfect spot for great surf spots. The bed and pillows were comfortable and surprisingly the location is really quiet at night. We slept soundly. We had a lovely breakfast the next morning. There is a beautiful restaurant called Ashtari up the road and so worth visiting, and there is also yoga classes held there. Perfect. I wish Adhy all the best for the future, and we hope to visit again.

Clean and simple rooms with good beds & effective AC! Slept peacefully for 3 days as the location is mostly quiet with a beautiful view. The wifi works well too. Nice green surroundings and super helpful staff. Big thanks to the owner for a comfortable stay ✨

Just that there was no hot water in the shower and the bathroom was a little smelly like it was damp, apart from that it was great!

The owner and the staff were absolutely incredible! As soon as we arrived we were offered a coffee. The breakfast is great and they make something different everyday (normally a main eg pancakes or omelette and toast with a fruit platter, coffee/tea and orange juice and water) there is also a refill station for water which is great. The owner is great company and gave us some really good recommendations. The ac is good and the view is unmatched. You can hire a scooter there for a good price and brand new !! We organised a shuttle through the hotel to Bangsal. The location is great in a quiet area near some good warungs.

Super comfortable room on the top of the hill with a nice view. Best for people who will rent a scooter otherwise it will be tough to get to. It's away from local mosques so you won't have any noise keeping you up or waking you up at sunrise.

The owner ! Adi was a lovely receptionist, cook, guide and adviser. From the warm welcome to the emotional departure, through a delicious breakfast and a beautiful evening of discussions, our - too short - stay will remain a superb memory in our memories ! Furthermore the situation of the place is just great : out of the too tourist Kuta, with a great view on the sea and along a nice road towards the rice terrasses !

We stayed for two weeks, Adhy was an amazing host and also a very good chef, we had a delicious breakfast every morning, each room has a cute terrace with a beautiful garden and amazing view, it’s also super quiet during the night. Kuta Centre is just a few minutes away. No complaints, everything was perfect, we had a very good time.

The place is great the views are great and the architecture is very good, all painted white and with different plants giving that special touch making it unique. What I would improve which would make a massive difference is the bathroom, as there is no air flow and is very small.

The location is good, between Kuta and airguling. Away from the center and with great mountain views. What made the difference for me was speaking to the owner who told me about the place, things to do in Kuta and helped me learn some Bahasa. The drive from the place to the center of Kuta is about 5min and the view of Kuta lombok from the side of the road is stunning. The owner welcomed us, carried our bags upstairs and made sure we had everything we needed.
