The furniture in the kitchen and in general need upgrade.

The space in my suite was huge , the veranda with the lovely pool view was beautiful. Miss Sarah at the front lobby is an expert concierge... all the stuff at the concierge and the restaurant are excellent.

Although not connected in any way to the hotel the club across the road played loud music into the early morning. Best to request a Pool View room away from the road unless you frequent the club. Otherwise a fabulous place to stay.

Staff absolutely fantastic. Very polite and engaging, remembered and used names. Remembered preferences. Always greated with a smile. Location is great. Plenty happening in surrounding streets and beach was an easy walk for me.

In room dining was a bit lack luster.

Rooms were comfortable, spacious; the property is really beautiful, staff is very courteous and very friendly. Breakfast buffet options were quite good.

The price of beer in the hotel was very expensive by Bali standards ..

Liked the condition of the hotel and also all the staff who were very warm and helpful.. The breakfast was excellent but didn't cater for Australian people who like grilled tomatoes and baked beans for breakfast..The breakfast was very much catered towards Asian cuisine. .

We had a Junior Suite and a walk in shower would have been an improvement. Nothing else was a negative.

Great Location. Very friendly, helpful staff and ambience of the whole place was peaceful and calm. The check in/check out process was very smooth. The restaurants (especially Limencello at the rear for breakfast) were fantastic.

The room could do with a deep clean (around the door frames, taps). I don't mean that it was dirty by any means, just some extra cleaning would be good.

Loved the location and the gluten free menu options, friendly staff, great breakfast. The one bed apartment was wonderful and spacious. The pool was great.

Right in the middle of the market on the Main Street, The best staff we experienced in all of Bali, so kind, so smiley, so helpful. Stay here on a Thursday night for an immersive Bali traditional experience, from trying to make the offerings for god to watching Balinese dances and maybe joining the dancers too, stay was absolutely worth it. Definitely try to grab a seat at their road facing tables and also pretty calming to just sit by the pool, the hotel is too beautiful.

This time we did not receive a welcome drink or fruit bowl in the room- no biggie but it’s previously been a nice touch

Third stay at The Haven, we always like the Premium Pool Suites. Huge rooms with a bedroom and ensuite on each side of the lounge and kitchen. Great breakfast and afternoon tea included with the room. Back entrance leads onto Double Six Street with plenty of good shopping, places to eat and an easy 5 minute walk to the beach.

I booked a swim out room although wasn’t swim out just on lower floor. Told roller bed could fit easy but the roller bed blocked the door to the outside so this was a massive pain when coming and going! Definitely not worth the extra money for roller bed! Bigger room would’ve been heaps better! Prob would’ve paid the difference if I new room was so tight!

Showers ran out of hot water really fast. 1 short shower for 1. Some staff really don't understand much English. Light stays on all night over the pool in the villa. All good though as I really like it there

Some of the staff really did not understand much English, helpful though, hard when you want to make sure you have a booking or something important. The only thing was the pillows! Bed was great, pillows were so so bad. Stayed I'm 5 hotels over my stay in Bali, only 1 hotel had decent pillows though! So idk! Oh the Hot water ran out really quick too 😕

Everything about this property is wonderful. It's my third stay, but first time in the villas is was awesome. Clean, beautiful.
