The facilities need an upgrade. The AC was too small for such a high ceiling and hence cooling was poor. The shower pressure in the bathroom was terrible. In Booking.com they said breakfast was available on request but on reaching there we were told that isn't so. Though this place is close to some really great restaurants, it's actually quite far from the main Seminyak beach

Rooms very big and comfortable, pool was beautiful. Staff were fantastic, very friendly, happy and very willing to help with anything.

Pool needs some maintenance as tiles have years worth of grime in the tiles. Cleaning was good however we asked staff to come back to finish cleaning in 1/2 an hour when baby woke from nap but they never returned and we had to call to ask for clean to be completed.

We like the spacious rooms and bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and clean. Our shower had no hot water and staff were quick to attend and have this fixed. Complex felt safe, security on site 24/7.

For my Husband’s Birthday they celebrated with HBD in petals on the bed on our arrival and gave him a cake and sang HBD to him- not expected but so nice Good position- good breakfast- lovely staff

It can be a bit noisy as the villa is located next to a busy road.

The pool was huge and my family enjoyed it very much. The scenery was nice. Within walking distance to Seminyak Square and shops near Kayu Aya street. The staff members were very accommodating and nice.

The location was nice, out of the chaos of seminyak but still close enough to go into if you wanted to. Breakfast was lovely and freshly cooked every morning.

No in-house restaurant made the stay difficult some days and times. The beds are too hard.

The bedrooms are not soundproof. I didn't sleep well because all night long the road seem always busy. We could hear people talking when they are walking and sound of vehicles when crossing the road. The access to the property only can be reach from Jalan Kerobokan to Jalan Beraban, which very crowded in Jalan Kerobokan could take minutes in traffic jam. The shower place is a bit old design or quiet danger to be reached by old people.

The villa is spacious, with 2 bedroom, 1 living room and 1 dining room. A big pool in front of living room and dining room is pretty relaxing. We love the idea that we are in a house. The staffs are also helpful and nice. The location is in tourist area in Seminyak, but could not say it is a walking distance to the beach.

Outsides floors were slippery so just had to be mindful of that when wet

Breakfast was cooked in our room daily and was very tasty. Location was excellent, very close to restaurants and bars but far enough away also. Booked the property after having an awful experience at another hotel and checked in 30 mins later after having another 4 villas cancel on us. Friendly staff, could not fault!
