I informed them that it’s our first wedding anniversary and they came thru! They upgraded our room and gave us a lovely surprise in the room. 💖 Also… Big room, big bathroom, comfortable bed, good breakfast, very clean place. Many shops and spas near the area. Although not beachfront, they offer shuttle service to the beach every 2 hours. Very helpful staff.

We got an unexpected upgrade of our room and we got the villa with private pool. That was cool. Plus breakfast is rather good

The television in our room was not a smart TV, so no streaming - only bad cable. No elevators. The staff carried our luggage up and down. Not a big problem.

The staff was excellent: always friendly and helpful. The pool area is very nice: two large pools, plenty of lounge chairs, trees for shade. The interior design is beautiful, spacious. The lobby is open with comfortable seating, pool table. We enjoyed the private beach bar every day.

Safe, clean, comfortable, great location and wonderful staff. The facilities are updated and the atmosphere is Balinese chic. Love the breakfast. It ticks all our boxes.

There was a smell in the bathroom from the drain, pillows were a little hard and the telly needs to be bigger as the room is big the beds are too far away.

Everything, the pool area was sublime ,I loved the traditional Balinese feel , their gentle music at breakfast and through the walkways. I loved everything about this hotel. The rooms were huge, big bathroom. Comfy beds. Quiet and tranquil.

There’s no elevator and we have a baby so we needed to Carry the stroller up and down, but further that everything was great

Perfect location for us, walking distance to main shopping and restaurants. Laundry, massage and convenience stores plus local restaurants right at front door. Excellent staff and service was beyond and above at the resort. Shuttle bus service to private beach area which was just so beautiful with a main shopping centre and local shopping and restaurants available. Resort spa, kids club and pool table were all important to our family during our stay. We were upgraded on arrival to a beautiful suite with private court yard and spa it was amazing! Fresh and exceptional breakfast and food served during our stay.

The beach was unfortunately littered with plastic and the sea quite murky with floating debris, but to their credit, the hotel staff raked the sand often. The WIFI in the room was flaky.

It was the perfect spot to end our Bali vacation. Our room was lovely, with a humongous, super comfy bed that made it hard to leave. The pool area was lovely and a great place to relax. We didn’t eat at the restaurant, so we can’t comment on the food, but the property itself was peaceful and comfortable. Overall very good experience.

We loved this hotel, room was huge, beds comfy, huge bathroom,spotlessly clean. Pool perfect temperature and so lovely to relax by. Not a new hotel but we liked it just the way it was. Breakfast was included and completely fine, enough choices, fresh made pancakes, eggs any way, fruit and several different yogurt's, pastries etc. Around a 6 or7 min walk to main shopping street. Buggy to Beach (we found the waves at the beach very strong, so be careful) The staff, as usual in Bali, were all very kind and helpful

A bit far from beach but the shuttle was great. The beach had quite a bit of rubbish floating in ocean
