The door lock was painful! Had to lock and unlock with a key every time.

For 5 nights they didn't clean or change towels, but it was ok. And unfortunately there is hardly any cutlery in the apartment, although there is a small kitchen. It would be good if there was at least one knife.

Very good homestay, they even upgraded our apartment free of charge. The apparent was comfortable and in a great location. The Wifi was high speed, suitable for video calls.

Love love loved the stay at Ganesha this is the 2nd time we have stayed. It feels so calming and relaxing there and great energy. Everything very clean and tidy. Come with a smart TV. Staff is very friendly. Will stay here every time I visit canggu.

The upgraded tub bathroom and balcony was NOT worth it. They aren’t kept clean. The bathroom needed a deep clean and was easily the worst part of the room. The extra chair meant to serve as a point of sitting for work was not tall enough for the counter. It’s also hard to have grab deliver to you.. the address isn’t perfectly pointing to the villa.

The staff was fantastic. They brought up and down my luggage. They supported later checkout when we had politely asked. The breakfast was great and was available til 11am. The AC and Bed were also solid.

No complaints! Pool is a bit small but it is still lovely to hang out there with all the greenery and everyone has their own deck. There’s also a lovely shared kitchen if you ever wanted to make things!

We really liked this place, super cute, quiet and tucked away yet close to everything. When inside it didn’t feel like you were in the middle of everything. Rooms were very clean and comfy.

The breakfast was not diversified, I asked for an expresso at breakfast and they made me pay for it because it wasn’t on the breakfast menu, when I tried to replace it for another item they weren’t accepting and said I should pay. You only have American breakfast (sausage, eggs, mushrooms and one piece of bacon), continental (bread with butter and jelly) or Indonesian.

The staff is nice and they provide late check-in. The room was good and spacious. They have bikes to rent. The location is just 7 minutes away by feet from the beach.

Water dispenser was a little warm and not cold..... everything was great and im having to be that nit-picky, warm drinking water that i just put into the fridge in my room. Literally the only thing i can think was wrong.

The property is great, although i didnt use it, there are communal kitchens on each level for everyone to use. 5 mins walk to the beach and surrounded by many shops and restraunts. All staff were super helpfull with information on nessecities of hireing a bike or scooter and even offer one for your to hire from themselves, good suggestions of bars, restraunts and tourist places to visit, very friendly and they kept the place very clean. For a place very close to the party areas, it is very quiet and serene.

The power plugs near the bed are used for the lamps. Using a laptop at the desk, for that I needed to unplug the lamp or the fridge.

The pool was a little too shaded but they can't do anything about that, an air con in the warang would've been better.

The location was really good, across the road was a bottle store & a Circle K, down the road was a yummy Italian restaurant (try the matcha lava cake) & next door was a great spa for massage.

I love the surroundings and atmosphere. The outside and the room is very clean and the plants made the place feel so serene. It is quiet at night. The bedroom is complete, we really appreciated the small fridge in the room. The pool is also nice and big enough for a swim. There is shared kitchen which ia very helpful if we want to cook, although some of the kitchen appliances can be improved, like the cutting board and pan. There is also water dispenser in the kitchen so you can always keep yourself hydrated. The staffs also very warm, responsive, and helpful. They quickly addressed our issue with the shower and always there to answer our question. The warung served a very tasty local food. The only thing that could be improved might be if the place can be exposed to the sun so the room won't be a bit damp.

Really loud at night, rooms are close to the street and all the beeping echos so we couldn’t really sleep properly.

This place was our first stop in Bali, really close to the beach, staff were super nice, room was nice and tidy.

We had a late flight in and the hotel kindly stayed to help us with a late check in. On Nyepi the kitchen was open so we could eat which was amazing. Pool is very clean. Rooms are modern and spacious. Smart TV was a nice surprise and worked well. Staff were so kind and friendly, always ready to help if needed.
