Rooms are supposedly soundproof, but I can still hear people talking along the corridor and also some traffic noise. I could also hear running water in the toilet pipes when guests in the upstairs room shower and also thumping noise once in a while. I wear ear plugs to sleep as I am a light sleeper, and I was also woken up by the morning prayer from nearby....

Beautiful and modern hotel with touches of minimalism and brutalist architectural style. Spacious lobby and room. The king bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I also appreciate the complimentary mini-bar. Incredible views all round and I absolutely love the nature around the property. Very friendly and warm staff and excellent breakfast. Wonderful spa and therapists, although I had some communication issues with making a reservation before I arrived. Would definitely come back again when I'm in Bandung next time!

No regrets… though it’s located slightly off the city ctr, i’d stay here again for the experience. From the moment you walk into the main lobby till you get into your room the ambience is wonderful. The whole property smells so good, calm, refreshing & very nature.

1. sadly no facial treatment in Sepik spa. maybe management can look into it, add on. and also add on japanese head spa, if possible. - would be good if there is video or clear steps written on the menu so customer knows what they are getting. 2. breakfast buffet: a bit limited

almost everything - sepik spa : def is the best spa in Bandung for hotel. Clean, skillful, respect individual and not letting the customer walk around the room nakedly just because everyone is lady. - swimming pool : clean and not crowded - fish pond: can feed Koi fish - polaroid photo : taken by Staff with handmade card - MINI BAR IS THE BEST! SUPER LOVE THE COFFEE DRIP AND CAPSULE!! not to mention, the tea is tea leaf itself and not just normal tea bag!! the snacks and drinks in the fridge is absolutely the best! the milk i use to add into coffee capsule!

The restaurant was a little bit crowded and cramp during breakfast time when there a lot people. E.g space between table are quite close, the walk way are quite narrow.

Nothing to dislike really. Personally we thought the infrastructure of the hotel was a bit strange but it's not something that can't be helped anyway.

Exceptional staff. For every touch point of the hotel, the staff were constantly greeting guests with a smile & serving them to the best of their ability. Overall, it was a very hospitable hotel due to the staff.

The rooms were a bit thin at times and the morning, we heard chattering from the next door and their television but wasn't much or a problem.

A lot of activities to do, the spa was nice and the pool. Breakfast was good but wished to have more coffee options. Location was amazing and the rooms were amazing.

I had an amazing experience at The Gaia Hotel Bandung. The hotel is spacious, with a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The staff were friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile. There isnt much surrounding the hotel, and the road nearby is rather noisy.

Although split into multiple regions to manage traffic, there are only 4 lifts per region, it can be very slow at times. The air freshener at the lobby alley towards the lift - is too strong. The fact that it's open and fresh air, why not lower it down. It caused discomfort to a sensitive nose. For the size of the hotel, served by only 4 c/in desks caused unnecessarily long waiting time. Consider adding a few more along the alley lobby, rather than just keeping them as waiting areas.

Unique design of wood integrated with natural surroundings, makes it outstandingly exquisite. Keeping the nature i.e. perching over a valley below and forest at the front. Every corner is well designed, the design of the chapel, every cafe and restaurant and bedrooms. The food at Semeja is superb, fresh, delicious, keeping traditional taste. It is a family friendly hotel with many activities for kids and accommodates wheelchaired guests. The breakfast buffet is generous, with multiple options from traditional Indonesian, Chinese, Japanese and European cuisine served. They are all fresh and delicious! I love that they served local jamu and ketan bakar.

Breakfast at the Semeja restaurant was a highlight, offering a wide variety of options that were both delicious and filling.
