All perfect - nothing to complain

Best stop on our trip through Indonesia. Unbelievably beautiful place to stay. Every detail is perfect. Good spot to make a trip to the Gilies for snorkeling or else. Or just enjoy the beautiful resort. The staff is so polite and helpful, you wouldn’t want to leave ever.

Overal was this probably the most beautiful hotel with friendliest and people and greatest service we have ever stayed!!! Stunning view on the beach and beautiful garden with a mix of coconut trees and others. A very quiet and peaceful place. The pool is as wonderful with good facilities. The staff is not only extremely friendly and lovely but also very experienced and service oriented. You guys are great! Breakfast was delicious with many choices served to table based on a list which you choose from. Also for lunch and dinner we stayed mostly at the hotel

as everywhere else on Bali and Lombok the beach is sometimes (depending on the current and tides) flooded with plastic bottles and other trash coming from the sea...this has nothing to do with the beautiful resort but as all the beaches are public they are not cleaned so you find the garbage everywhere...

very beautiful and small (only 15 villas) resort directly on the beach, beautiful villas with outside bathroom, everything just perfect, very friendly staff (Helmi, Helen, Alwan at the restaurant, Sopian at the bar preparing the best cocktails for Happy Hour), breakfast is fantastic, we also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant (especially the BBQ night), free transport to Senggigi, all activities what to do on Lombok are being offered, airport shuttle available, a fantastic place - we did not want to leave and for sure will come back...

Wooooow. The hotel and the garden was super wonderful. We were really amazed. The hotel and Restaurant stuff were so nice an Sweet. Especially our Little Baby was Like a litte VIP there. Wonderful Hotel Rooms and very clean. The bathroom was a dream. Pool was really nice and there was a Perfect view to the ocean.

The beers could be colder...

This place is like you see it in their photos 100% original... beautiful setting... the staff is amazing and very attentive. The food is good although a little pricey for South Africans with the weaker ZAR currency

Just a suggestion for the hotel. We booked the transfer with their driver from the hotel to Bangsal which was paid in advance, but the driver left us basically halfway between the hotel and Bangsal because there was apparently “one friend” who organized speedy boat to Gili islands. However, even if usual ticket to be paid (and amount was anticipated already by both the driver and the hotel) is 150k IDR, we paid 200k IDR. Both details are not the accommodation’s fault of course, but I just wanted to point it out to them through this review.

Wonderful experience. Room is very comfortable with all amenities you need. Swimming pool very beautiful and close to the sea. Staff very polite and friendly. Restaurant very good with tasty dishes.

Amazing time! The staff went out of their way and made our stay unforgettable. Rooms are spacious, garden is beautifully curated, stunning ocean views, restaurant service is super good. Lots of breakfast! Overall very attentive in check in, check out, housekeeping etc. special shout-out to our waiter Anwar, he is the best!

What an absolute gem of a place, just off of the chaos of Lombok streets. Hidden away, you really feel like you are in paradise. The accommodation was amazing, very large comfortable beds and lovely open air bathroom, very clean throughout the resort, the restaurant served delicious food and the staff were more than fabulous! Lovely large pool and the spa was heavenly and so well priced for pure relaxation! The only disappointment was the sea, as beautiful as it was, unfortunately there was a lot of rubbish, not the fault of the resort as the rain washes this down rivers from inland and ends up in the ocean, we did see people swimming so it’s fine, just not for me. Overall we absolutely enjoyed our stay at The Chandi we voted this the best of all four of our stays and will definitely be coming back one day. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay even better xx
