SingaporeThe entire lagoon closes at 6pm. Which is a pity because we would have loved to continue to hang out till late. Perhaps management could consider keeping a small section of the lagoon opened till late.
We were thrilled to see the beautiful and expansive lagoon! The tents were suprisingly spacious with an open concept outdoor toilet. The staff were efficient and helpful and the service was outstanding from beginning to end. Especially thankful that when we checked in with my wheelchair-bound mum, Yani at the concierge arranged for a tent with no steps at the entrance on her own initiative without any request on our part. Cafe staff were attentive and cheerful. Thumbs up to Agus the driver who arranged a special car to bring my mum to the ferry terminal at the end of our stay.

SingaporeLack of activities in hotel: All activities are only in Treasure Bay next to Natra but is pretty pricy for the activities and lack of activities for kids which usually got some complimentary activities for kids in other hotel, and kind of running out things to do in last 1-2 days. Cleanliness: When we back to the room shortly after clean up but found a huge dead cockroach in front of the bathroom. Wireless charger: Staff is not familiar the facility in the room as had been asking the reception hotel staff for wireless charger as got fluid into the phone can’t use the cable charger. Only after 2 days (after asked 5 - 6 staffs) we are able to know from a staff that wireless charger is just in the room.
Nice staff especially having us to get the the key back locked out from Scooter: thanks to Edi, and another staff driving us around to find the wallet and to Madi that found the wallet on buggy. Kids friendly staff, thanks esp to Arif that my girls had good time with him. Thanks to Sanjai of telling us the wireless charger is available in the hotel room (as he is the only person knows after asked many staff). Suggest for training to other staff so could help other guests more promptly. Great kids mocktail class and thanks to all staffs in bartender sessions to make it easy to understand yet interesting as my girls loves and enjoyed almost everyday during the stay.

SingaporeMultiple frogs came into our tent 108 over 2 days. Experienced rats in the same tent 2 years ago, but it seems that problem hasn’t been resolved. Prices increased since last visit, for same facilities.
The beautiful and clean lagoon which is right in front of our tent. Service was perfect!

SingaporeIt’s a little aged. More maintenance could be done with the cleaning of the tents and painting of the poles holding up the tents. Door locks were a little off. Food could be better for the prices. The activities prices are possibly more expensive than neighbouring Singapore.
Spacious rooms, great lagoon to spend time at. Plenty of activities to do. Excellent staffs. Great stay.

Our room was spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean with a wonderful Jacuzzi, and room cleaning was excellent. The convenient shuttle service made getting around the property effortless. The restaurant offered great dining experiences, and the breakfast was truly amazing - a highlight each morning!
