The bathrooms need a bit of love but still clean and nice.

The location is great! Super close to everything and easy to get by. The rooms are simple, spacious and comfortable which is exactly what we wanted. A great value for money kinda place. Nothing fancy but exactly what travellers on a budget need.

Location was perfect, just a short walk to Padang Padang Beach and many shops and restaurants. Room is spacious and staff is also helpful. It was very handy to have a convenience shop just besides the hotel.

The lawn needed mowing.

Location to a number of nice restaurants and places to eat. Big open area surrounding the nice clean pool. Spacious rooms. An easy walk to Padang Padang beach. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Some areas were not cleaned properly inside the room but thats all and it was no big deal but something to note. Water wasnt that hot at all, so dont wait to have a shower at night unless you like cold showers

The pool was nice, the villas were spacious and location was close to beach, 2 minute walk. The staff were really nice, they let us leave our bags at the place without charging us and also checked us in 2 hours earlier, amazing service.

The pool wasn't operational, it was empty and they were resurfacing it. They did let me know prior to arrival and offered to cancel if I wasn't happy. The grounds are large and spacious, the rooms also. The bathrooms are clean but the tiles are a little dated and stained in spots. Nothing to concerned about, but aesthetically not great looking. Pretty great location close to Padang Padang beach.

The pool was under construction, but we didn't care at all. We came for the beach and surfing. We did have unpleasant odors emanating from the drains in the bathroom. The AC didn't cool the room very well. Those were really our only dislikes.

We loved the property layout. It feels like a small village. The location to the beach was fantastic. The location to great restaurants was fantastic. Padang Padang Beach is breathtaking. The property staff arranged scooters for us, provided laundry service and were fantastic in every regard. The shower temperature and water pressure were the best we experience in Bali. First rate. The WiFi was great.

Everything is a bit dated and a bit of an unloved resort. But a good value place to stay near Padang Padang.

The bed was rock hard and the villa was on an end so the wind blew the door the whole time. The lights/lamp were out too BUT they did offer to move me but I declined. Lots of ants & bugs got in the first night so take bug spray.

The staff were amazing & I was close to what I needed.

No tea making facilities and we didn’t even have a fridge that worked sadly. The A/C was abit rubbish too.

Great place to stay if you’re happy with a nice basic room, shower. The location is excellent, the pool area is incredible. Staff are super friendly and kind. Reasonable priced accommodation if you don’t spend much time at the place. Found it to be very basic.

The bathroom was very smelly and often the smell came into our room. The door of the bathroom had to be forced closed. The shower was only cold water. If you tried putting it on hot it would only dribble out and it was still cold water. The air conditioning was not very strong either. It provided relief when you come in from outside but once you were in the room for a while it was very weak. The doors of the room left a gap even when locked properly which allowed mosquitoes and bugs to get into our room.

The location of the property was very good. It’s close to lots of nice restaurants. It’s is also walking distance to pedang pedang beach. The staff were helpful. The pool was nice and it looks like they are putting in a pool bar. The bedroom itself was mostly nice.

Our room had a door connecting to the one next-door and there was a very noisy family. Lack of sound isolation made it hard to sleep on the second night.

The restaurant next door had music playing quite loud. But it didn’t go on through the night, but sort of late evening. Maybe 11/12. I wore ear plugs, and it didn’t stop me sleeping. So would recommend that.

Room was a good size, nice bathroom. Really lovely pool. Was able to rent scooters for a good price. Good air conditioning in the room. Nice outdoor patio. Had everything we needed.

It was allowed to have drinking party in the pool late night, we couldn’t swim there two evenings. That’s why there was no mood to swim next morning (after the drinking party).
