🤔🧐 nothing, maybe the only reason you won’t be able to booked in for 3 in every room, you are required to get an extra bed. Me and my daughters can share in one bed.

Every thing was perfect Something was spilled on the floor on one of the ramps in the hallway which I slip over on - hurting my knees , hand and arm and big toe.

Location, the staff , the man who welcomes you every morning for breakfast- what a beautiful man The cleaners are helpful and so happy.

The hotel is great and we had the best room but at a price. Everything is charged at the higher end. Higher than it needs to be in Bali.

It was noisy, with loud music playing from the bar. But once the bar closed it was quiet. I had smokers on either side of my balcony so smoke wafted into my room. It’s definitely a family resort so lots of noisy kids.

Breakfast was excellent. Lunch and dinner menu also very good and reasonably priced. Pool was excellent, great size for swimming laps each day. Staff were friendly and attentive. Perfect location to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

Loved everything about this resort, the pool area is great for adults and children. The breakfast and food options were good. The staff were super friendly, they went out of their to make sure we were happy with our stay there.

Our room was a bit on the small side, but we did have an amazing verandah that made up for it. And in one of the rooms we had an extra bed so that made that room feel a bit smaller too.

An excellent location with amazing, friendly and helpful staff. The facilities were great and catered for our large group ranging in ages from 12 to 53 years. There was literally something for everyone. We also all loved that the buffet breakfast was available until 11am - great for teenagers who like their sleep ins & adults who like to stay up late enjoying Bali life.

The staff who work here have been trained to perform at a 5 star level. They are so attentive, friendly, discreet and professional. Always warm and willing to help, my daughter had an accident and they drove us to the clinic where we got treated. By the time we were back in our room, there was a get well soon note and a bouquet of flowers arranged in our room for her. Small gestures that really make a customer feel valued. The pool area was never too busy and you could play tennis any time of the day. The food is delicious and the best value for price. I liked walking and visiting the beaches, everything is a short walk away. I will come back again!

We spent a lot of time relaxing around the pool areas and enjoying the Bali weather. The resort always had a lot of staff available to assist and many trainees (thank you Nicko) who were fabulous. Our fridge wasn’t working 100% when we first checked in and with 15 minutes the hotel staff had replaced it with a brand new fridge. Great service! The pool side snacks and cocktails were good value and food was tasty. Room was clean and we had a small balcony overlooking the pool area. Cleaned daily. The poolside villas looked great and would probably consider one of these rooms if we stayed again for the extra space. Would definitely recommend the cooking class at the resort. Didn’t do it this trip, but on our previous visit to Bali. Great experience and not expensive. This hotel is in a perfect location close to everything you need.

This resort was everything and more! We came for a family getaway and we just loved it here. The staff, the cleanliness, the pool, the swim up bar, the food, the location were all just exceptional. We had the swim out room and it was the best spot. We had our own patio + the pool was right there. An amazing family friendly resort. We can't wait to come back!!

First time staying in Seminyak, this hotel is in a great location walk out the front for shopping, restaurants, 7/11 and beach. The staff are all so lovely and the rooms are cleaned spotless. I would definitely stay again

The hotel is very clean and feels luxurious. The pool area is fabulous and is a large pool..... you had to be quick to get a sun lounger as people would put their towels on then at 8am and then go away. The breakfast buffet was a good selection but didn't change much each day. The bed was a bit hard for me but the room was large and clean. This is the second time I have stayed here and would definitely recommend it
