The pool was slightly cool, as it didn’t get loads of sun.. but on a positive note, meant lots of shaded areas by the pool

A little old construction and may need some renovation. Bathroom Water for bathing and washing is a bit salty but probably nothing can be done for that

The rooms were spacious and kids really loved it.Wonderful location with 5 minutes walk to the beach. Over all we enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying in future again

Never been to a 4 star hotel and brush my teeth just to find out the the tab water is salty! Are you guys using Kuta beach water?!!!!!

The bed and the pillows weren't amazing. The shower had no ventilation and got very hot inside and the towels stay wet as no ventilation. The mirrors had some mould on them and there were certain parts that need some maintenance but overall not too bad for the money.

The hotel is in a great location in Kuta. Very quick walk to the beach, shops and cafes around and our room was very quiet. The bed was a little uncomfortable as were the pillows so didnt have an amazing sleep. Breakfast has a fairly good variety and I did like that they had an egg chef to prepare you eggs however you like them...fresh.

Just the towel cards that kept losing and certain foods prohibited and many fines on sheets and towels

Clean, comfortable, and in a strategic location—just a 10-minute walk from the mall. The staff are extremely kind and helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant. A solid choice for convenience and comfort in the area.

The family room was very large but I just wish it had a balcony for drying towels and swimmers. People leaving pool chairs occupied with towels all day but not actually using them.

WiFi is absolutely 💩 i was in room 115 for 5 night and for 3 nights WiFi dripping out all the time and stopped the tv local and Netflix prime all the time was for 3 days.. the front desk are not very good with English trying to explain stuff to them is absolutely brutal 😳.. Breakfast= i stayed at 7 hotel in 4 weeks and this would have to be the worst 😫 lucky there are a lot of small coffee shops around to eat at.. Shower not the best.. Lock both doors in adjoining rooms not just 1 i had kids playing with the doors at midnight woke me up several times 😳 Just my opinion 🤷

The staff are nice.. Room was ok not the WiFi Pool access was ok Location was good easy walk to the beach & beach walk shops and restaurants all close 👌

The breakfast actually starts after 6-30, not at 6 as advertised. Also after 9 usually there's not much left to eat and the food was mediocre at least to my taste though drinks at the bar were great.

Room, pool and staff was great, exceed our expectations by far.
