Big bathtub in the room, but no hot water for the bath. Room service - called a few times but didn't answer had to walk down to restaurant to order. Only reason for room service was I was unwell. Room service food was average.

This is a great high end hotel just across from the beach. The rooms and beds are very large and clean. The staff were excellent as is the case in most of Bali.

Everything was honestly perfect, from the early morning check in through to check out. It was amazing.

We arrived early morning and the staff greeted us instantly with a welcome drink. They upgraded our room for the entire stay and they went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time. We also received an anniversary cake :)

That we had to leave!

My partner and I loved this resort – it was everything we expected and more! The room was beautiful and serviced daily, with a spotless bathroom and fully controllable air-conditioning. We really enjoyed relaxing on the comfortable lounge and balcony. The staff were incredibly attentive to any requests, making our stay feel seamless. The pool area was lovely, with great food and drink service at very reasonable prices. Cocktails were a highlight, with a great buy-one-get-one-free offer. The Visala Spa was amazing and definitely worth experiencing. Breakfast each morning was very good, with a wide variety on offer. The staff were quick to replenish items like fruit and vegetables, and the egg station was excellent. Coffee was included, with only a small fee for alternative milk such as oat. The resort truly has everything – you don’t even need to leave if you don’t want to. There’s a minimart conveniently located just outside the entry, security guards at the entrance, and a welcoming reception team. We had such a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this resort!

We had a lagoon access room which was great to just slip into the pool anytime you wanted. The room was big and storage great. The breakfast had a large variety of foods to choose from, and the freshly made eggs or omelettes were delicious. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

There was nothing that I didn’t like. The management have thought of everything, right down to a security guard out the front, stopping traffic so that you can cross the road to the beach.

The Bandha has huge rooms, the rooms are very clean and maintained beautifully. We were upgraded which was unexpected and fabulous.

We stayed here with our 2 sons aged 23 and 17. We had a deluxe suite with spa bath interconnecting with a deluxe twin room. The set up of this was great for us, heaps of room and of course two bathrooms. The deluxe suite is very large and the bathroom is wonderfully set out. There is a balcony off the bathroom and one off the lounge area. The rooms were very relaxing. The deluxe twin room also has a balcony. Heaps of storage in the room you could definitely stay here for a length of time and be very comfortable. The beds were super comfy too. We were on the 4th floor. Rooms were very clean and housekeeping serviced the rooms daily and replenished bathroom supplies. We had breakfast included in our stay which was a daily buffet. Great selection with egg station. There are 2 swimming pools both with swim up bars which was very nice. Excellent cocktails 2 for 1 all day. Our boys used the gym and they said it was good. The hotel is just across the road from the beach which was nice for a few drinks watching the sunset. Great location in Legian close to many restaurants, coffee shops, mini marts, massage/spa. On the last day we had a few hours from the time of check out to being collected to head to the airport. We put our bags into the hotels luggage holding area, then we lounged around the pool. We ate around the pool and the food was very nice. Staff was very helpful, friendly and obliging. We would happily return here for another stay.
