I think it would be nice if there were more poolside beds around the pool areas.

Ticks all the boxes. Rooms a very clean and spacious, most importantly no plumbing issues with the toilet. Hotel in great location, close to all facilities. Pool areas were lovely.

On arrival many lights didn’t work but were promptly replaced or repaired. The newly renovated bathroom did not have any bench space. Too few power outlets. But we took a power board so that’s a tip for future guests. Too few pool recliners and umbrellas (only 2 umbrellas) for the number of guests. And the ones they had were in need of repair. The bed was a hammock. There is no rack to hang towels. Hanging space is limited and you need to be tall to reach. No chair for sitting or clothing. Sounds of the guests above was clearly heard. No privacy to sit and drink our morning coffee.

As always, Balinese staff are lovely. They attended promptly to requests when things in the room were broken. The mainly Aussie guests were incredibly friendly and every time we stepped out of our room a ‘hi’ or ‘morning’ was said. Lots of the tourists knew other guests from previous stays. We were facing the pool on ground floor so there was … ‘nowhere’ to sit privately. This place is perfect for lonely people who want to make friends on their holidays. Pool was cold and clean. Very deep but the steps along the side were helpful if you needed a landing place. The room was large and had bedside lights. No chair or rack for clothes. Despite being built of concrete, the sound of guests above woke us up every morning.

Noise from the bar later in the evening. Bands played everynight and it was very noisy.

Nothing, everything was clean, pool was great, location good, little bit of the centre but perfect for us

We had room 3103 which was on the pool level but just set back a bit, chairs and tables outside the room, steps to the pool and soo quiet being away from the second pool with the pool bar, perfect for us,

Great location. Property was basic but clean and staff were lovely. Lagoon pool is really nice. Close to great restaurants and beach. Highly recommend.

I requested a twin room They said all book out n gave me a double I was with a male friend That’s just a friend And they would not accomodate us But get this my friend paid n got a separate room Which had a king and a day bed They could have easily transferred us to this one room As well my friend offered sleep on the mattress on the floor in the double room They said no room for mattress When I check in the room There was plenty of room Next day approach n spoke to another staff member Which ask y we not been offered the studio instead I said exactly Anyway they try to resolve this but by now we over it n justt want to enjoy holiday n not play musical rooms

Didnt like our room that we had originally, but happy to pay for upgrade which was worth it. Also the same group of people saved the pool lounges every day and sat at the only table and took the whole area over and made it uncomfortable for us to walk past . When we tried to use a sun lounge they told us they are taken even though they weren't using them at that time.

Cafe wasn’t open. Bathrooms/shower needed a good scrub. Mosquitos in room fixed when escalated to staff.

We didnt eat at restaurant because of the cigarettes. The smell while trying to eat is horrible. Our room was great in the first part of the hotel. Only fault was no shelf in the bathroom. Bed was comfy. We loved our stay. The pool was excellent except for a few sharp tiles. Thank you

We were put in the old rooms near the lagoon pool. The step down into the sun room was treacherous if you were returning from the pool and the tiles were wet. The bathroom is extremely old and there is no where to put your bathroom needs.

The location and staff are great. We have stayed here before.
