Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. IndiaMenu is very limited, they should think of adding some more vegetarian items. Mineral water is too costly, it would be great if they can keep Cans of pure drinking water on every floor.

Indianothing as such. My wife is a vegetarian so she had less options in food menu. They can probably introduce couple of options for vegetarians as well
Our Villa was very beautiful. Private pool was very cosy. We took a couple spa as well. Masseuses were very good. Our spa was so relaxing. Our private tours to Nusa Penida and East Bali were valued for money. Our guide Putu was very cordial and helpful. Whole hotel staff was very nice to us. It didn’t feel like it was our first time in Bali. We had a great experience at Athaya Ubud.

JapanThere were ants everywhere. However, we’re in Indonesia in the jungle section so can’t be too picky however they were on the restaurant tables and I often found a few ants in the bed however this was not due to uncleanliness from the hotel, just nature as I said
The staff were so lovely and accommodating! I went as a solo traveller to Bali for my birthday and in my birthday they organised a cake for me and decorated my bed. So lovely of them! The breakfast was good too each morning

The pool is famtastic and the rooms are clean. Also beds are so comfortable. I also loved the spa massage and the people in the reception. They were so helpful when we wanted to organise some day trips around Ubud and arranging drivers for the day.

NetherlandsAnything I had an issue with was quickly resolved by the staff! I had one lamp missing in the bedroom and the next day they had it replaced. If you want your towels replaced more often or a bathroom cleaned. Just let them know and they will do it.
I stayed here for one month during my yoga teacher training at Samyama. For me, it was the perfect location only a four minute walk away from the studio. It’s a very quiet, peaceful area of town with lots of nature nearby. The garden area was especially beautiful, always clean, and was a great place to take a swim after a long day at the training. It’s a small hotel, so it was also nice that not too many guests were around. The room was spacious and well, equipped with a fridge and kettle, which made breakfast on my day off very easy. The bed I thought it was especially comfortable the sheets super soft and pillows great!!! most of all however, the staff made the experience even better. I had a three day, silent retreat during part of which we could not look in the mirror, and the staff helped me cover my very large mirrors in the bathroom and bedroom! Thank you for everything!

It was not possible to adjust temperature of hot shower so always too hot, water amount was inconsistent, water was flowing to various directions due to mud inside shower head. And not enough cooking tools and lights for kitchen. Other facilities were quite OK quality so I wish them to improve this point enthusiastically.

AustraliaI left after 1 night as I decided Ubud was not my thing; over tourism and rubbish everywhere. Traffic madness and noise.
At this this location is just out of the madness of the business of Ubud central. There is a convenience store nearby and a small temple but the road way is narrow and not the easiest to navigate. Room was fair but some human hair in the sink and shower, toilet would barely flush and you need to wait an eternity for it to refill before trying again. Questionable electrical cables under bed and into walls, I had two archs with spark when I plugged my adapter in - so I left it. Plunge pool Ok but the ranch slider doors would not open or close properly - had to force one open and leave it open for my stay.
