The wifi in our room was terrible but we’ve stayed here before and had no problems. The restaurant is over priced.

The staff were lovely, nice pool and great rooms. Excellent location near the beach in one end at restaurants and shops outside the door.

Loud dance party music kicking off at 4 or 5pm was a little excessive and unnecessary. Impacted a nice relaxing time trying to enjoy the glorious sunset

Our stay was truly excellent. The service was highly professional, the food of great quality, and the ambience most welcoming. We particularly appreciated the Sands restaurant, which offered a peaceful atmosphere and consistently fresh cuisine, with a wide selection at the breakfast buffet. Although the kids’ club was rather small, the staff were outstanding and ensured engaging activities, such as cupcake and pizza workshops, as well as face painting, which our child thoroughly enjoyed. While the swimming pool does not feature slides for children, it nevertheless provides plenty of opportunities for fun. We look forward to returning

not much. Mums bed was a bit too hard, but they brought in another mattress that day and she enjoyed the 8 days in villa. Pillows on the soft side. Overall, no complaints.

Loved the lagoon accessed from our room and only for use for those in rooms around us. Meant we could swan around in peace in our semi-private pool. Parents stayed in beach villa and had the extra high tea in afternoon with their private pool, and a pool/deck overlooking the beach for use by those in the villas (double shower and large bath!). Staff accommodated us by allowing us to join them when we wished. In-room food service was a bit of a wait, and the buffet breakfast by beach was amazing with varied choices to suit many cultures. Near to shops, massages and atms, as well as water park and mall if you wanted them. We went as an adult family holiday in own rooms and could not fault anything. The kids club looked good and families with kids we didn't really notice them it was so hotel was well laid out. Didn't even hear air traffic which surprised us being close to airport. Stunning sunsets and access to beach. We all agreed we will be back as its the best we have had in Bali and was so easy to access.

Beds were great but a little hard and pillows were similar to a feather down/ soft, so a few more pillow choices would have been good. Otherwise we couldn't fault anything. We just enjoyed our break and loved returning at the end of the day.

Breakfast buffets were amazing and full of variety. Loved lagoon room and access to own little pool area. Everything was always neat and tidy. lots of things such as free bikes (found out too late) and table tennis along with pool games. Easy access to street shopping and food and down the quieter end of Kuta. Staff were smiling and fantastic as was room service for food.

Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in so far. We booked a room with access to the lagoon and it was exceptional. We were able to use the lagoon in the evening after 9pm if we were not disturbing other guests. The staff were very nice and friendly. Every day we found a sweet in the room, which was very nice after a full day of travel. Included was a daily refill of the minibar with soft drinks, chocolate and Pringles. The fitness was small but I was there alone, there was water and a towel for visitors which was very much appreciated. On the last day, as our flight was at midnight the option of a later check-out was also very good. We were able to use the departure lounge which also had showers and towels and some small snacks (matcha cookies absolutely delicious, I still remember them). :)

Did not like that breakfast for Deluxe rooms was only at street front Kunyit restaurant, $10 extra per person to eat at the beach front restaurant for breakfast. I did not feel that this was explained when I booked the room. Food was nice but rarely hot. Tea tended to be warm and not hot. Prices for food and drinks around the pool was very expensive.

Beautiful resort on the beach, pools were lovely, plenty of loungers.
