Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very quite hotel, you can whatsapp the team for towels, food and drinks by the pool. Free afternoon tea in the restaurant at 5pm, the room itself was big, clean and the aircon was good.

IndonesiaEven though, it has unique decors but the hotel is not completed and need some finishing. Pool side no umbrella and exposed to the head. Shower at the pool did not work well. Reception ask IDR 200k for deposits and it seems the hotel did not trust the guest. WIFI did not work well.
Like to see the different ambience of the room with industrial decors and amenities. It has a pool, spacious lobby and location is what we expected near the road to Borobudur.

ItalyRooms are very badly maintained (e.g.: staines on walls and floor, humidity spots, rooms without forniture (no cabinet/throws, one sole chair, two hangers), bathroom and shower without a proper door/handle, poor cleaning). They provide one sole towel per person! No amenities. The pool terrace is under re build - but not indicated on their site at the time of booking. Personnel very lazy and reluctant to address complains. Definitely it does not deserve 4 stars rating.
