People smoking in the breakfast area. We sat away from smokers as much as we could but couldn’t finish our breakfast in day 1 due to so much smoke around. Breakfast was also average,hot food was cold and not much variety. Also but more shade near upstairs pool would be good, sun lounges on both side with umbrellas.

The doors are heavy and made quite a bang when let to close! Woken up 7/9 nights by noisy neighbours! The price for a late check out was ridiculous… we moved to another hotel down the street prior to our midnight flight. Extra seating by the big pool would be great. There were only 2 seats available the rest were for pool access rooms.

Central location. Very friendly staff, we were made to feel very welcome. Very comfy beds and pillows. Great shower pressure. Breakfast was adequate not fabulous but more than enough to start the day.

Rooms booked weren't as nice as hoped with poor outlook over car park. Quickly allowed to upgrade at cost and overlooked pool which was nice. Booked 3 rooms. Few issues with air con. One room which had extra bed in had issue with air con leaking and soaked the bedding. Maintenance attended and managed to get air flowing and place cleaned up, but despite further reporting to reception it never cooled the room and just recirculated the heat making sleep difficult. Left room for day out in the morning to return and find the large mirror in bathroom smashed all over the floor, toiletries and clothes. Housekeeping had been in but never cleaned the room until we spoke to them upon our return. They were aware of the incident though, and upon clarifying it wasn't us that did it, they cleaned as best they could quickly. Looking at the wall, it had been put up with 6 pieces of double sided tape. Next apartment had left a plate of food outside their door in the corridor which laid there for over a day until we asked for it to be removed. Same again the next day. Floors in room were quite dirty despite room being cleaned, but room cleaned with fresh linen daily which was really good. Lovely pool downstairs which was only let down with lack of sun. Roof pool was nice but just over knee high deep. Nice to cool off though.

Welcoming and helpful staff. Good location in Legian, not too far from beach. Noise from street was minimal. Rooftop pool lovely setting. Drinking water available at reception area regularly topped up and cold. Bar and restaurant staff excellent and couldn't do more, as were reception. Very friendly hotel, including security at the front door.

I've stayed here before and last time the wood around the roof top pool really needed attention - Everything has been updated and the place is looking great! Also, Legion club next door is not longer there so others don't have to worry about being kept up all night with music.

The noise of the music coming from the roof top bar at night was vibrating through our room. The pillows were too thick

Although the rooms were clean and presentable. They are a little run down. The bathroom feels a lil old a worn down. The shower has a feature wall made of bark which somewhat feels dirty. Again it wasn’t bad but not great either

We stayed here 6 years ago & nothing has changed with the hotel its self.It really could do with some maintenance around the place.While we were there they were doing some, but a lot more needs to be updated, replaced & painted.Unfortunately there now is the Wolf nightclub right next door which changes our perspective on staying here again.The music is loud & you can feel it pounding each night till late. It would be worse if you were on that side of the hotel.It should be in the same area as the other night clubs not right next to a hotel.Breakfast selection is good, needs covers on all the food not just the hot stuff as bugs & flies were on it.Individual butter & jams etc,& at least two flavours of yoghurt is a suggestion. The butter was always melted on a general plate, didn't look inviting to use.Pool areas are good could do with upgrading in & around them.Roof top pool & bar needs some maintenance & new lounge beds.Happy hours seem to vary from the signage out front of hotel for some reason with the bar on roof top.

The staff are friendly, they are the best part of staying here,& interact with you whilst there, some understand english far more than others.The room was clean, & a good size with a comfortable bed, clean linen & towels.Given two room keys which is very handy.Housekeeping is done daily & do a great job, bottled water daily.Mini bar works well very cold.Safe deposit box is good just very low down.Pools are good.Location is good, lots of shops, bars, laundry around.About a 10-15 minute walk to Legian beach. Easy to get transport, security will help you.We had breakfast this time at the hotel.Good selection of food & drink.Good place to stay, just needs some TLC.
