Staff were great facilities were fine except for light switches for the bathroom a little dodgy to turn off and on (hopefully they fix these after reading this) Bed very comfy just the white sheets and towels even though washed and cleaned need the extra whitening to make it fresher.

Location was great to get around from, especially for first part of our stay to get to do shopping at good prices and walking distance to Kuta Square Discovery shopping plaza opposite WaterBomb Park and Beach Walk has a good size supermarket for better basics. Also discovered kuta silver making class shop in the same street closer to Kuta on the same side of the street which happily fixed a Brocken earing clasp and cleaned and buffed all of my silver which brought it all back to new ( very reasonably and paid $15 and was was there for 40 minute)

Quite old for the decoration, but it's still fine for me.

Located right in the central of Legian, very close to lots of convenience stores, very close to Kuta Beach, AC in the room is strong, cleaners will assist to clean your room every day, shower is well functioned well, breakfast is good.

However, there are a few things I didn’t like. The bathroom is quite small, and the shower and toilet are only separated by a curtain, so the floor gets flooded easily after a shower. What left a bad first impression was the person at the entrance, Rudy (or Ruby). He was not helpful at all. There were three of us with six bags, and instead of assisting us, he just stood there watching. Even when we asked about the lifts, he only responded after being asked. For a front-of-house role, you really need someone welcoming, professional, and helpful, as that’s the first impression guests get of the hotel. But when we were leaving, we met a young boy who was so helpful. can't remember his name. Another downside is that there are always strangers hanging around outside the hotel, morning and night. They wear fake Gojek jackets but aren’t actual drivers—they seem to be running other businesses, which doesn’t look good for the hotel. Apart from these issues, the overall stay was good and the rest of the staff were polite and decent.

The location is great, right in the middle of Legian Street—a very busy area that’s perfect for shopping, especially if it’s during the last few days of your stay (like we did). The rooms are a good size, and we booked two interconnected rooms, which was very convenient. Overall, the hotel is good. We only stayed one night, and on the next day,y when we checked out, they charged an extra NZD 30 for late checkout—which I think is fair.

Great location short walk into Kuta and a 10 minute walk to Legian beach . Bit dated in the rooms which didn’t matter as we only slept in the rooms. We had interconnecting rooms with the kids. location was great everything walking distance making it easy.

Our room was under the kitchen, which started their exhaust fans at 4.45am every morning and was very noisy. The bathroom was very small. There was no storage room

Breakfasts left us a bit wanting . But down the road at The Kopi Pot you got a full English with hash browns for $5. So happy days.

Buffet breakfast wasn’t very appealing, and food was often cold. There were times when there was no cutlery and no milk.

It is forbidden to bring durian fruit and mangosteen fruit to the hotel. It takes a long time to go from one place to another in Bali due to traffic and the roads not being wide.

The hotel is on Legian Street, within walking distance to everywhere, there is a nice massage parlor across the street. There are 2 pools, one of them is on the roof, the staff is friendly, the air conditioning in the room broke down, I reported it to the reception, they changed the room immediately. The breakfast is nice, it is on the pool floor
