Hotel looked exactly like photos, rooms were really nice and clean. Pool was amazing and great location, walkable to town with shops and restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful, offered to clean room every day. Felt quiet and calm away from bustle of busy streets.

The room is beautiful and large. The property is well-maintained and a haven of peace. The staff was excellent, super helpful and ready to solve any problem. The first few days we had a problem but the staff was super efficient and understanding in solving the problem as soon as possible.

The breakfast selection was small, but ok.

Room was cozy, clean and spacious and had a lovely terrace. The staff was incredibly sweet and welcoming. The real visual matches the pictures on Booking and the room smelled nice. Nice pool as well. The hotel is also not far from the main area and lots of food places along the way.

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Ubud. It’s a very chill and peaceful hotel while still being only a 10 minute walk from the centre of Ubud. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We organised our trip to Mount Batur through the hotel and they managed to every detail of the trip for us. I would highly recommend the Tetirah hotel

So peaceful, staff were so friendly & helpful. Was given earplugs for the noise but didn’t need them! Slept soundly every night. Only 4 sun loungers by the pool however not many people using during my stay so I got one around 12/1pm every day.

The place is located near Ubud palace and nearby all shopping and sightseeing places. The staff was polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and we had a comfortable stay here with family. Will strongly recommend this place.

The staff were very helpful and the pool is fantastic. We were originally in one room that was incredibly noisy due to a neighbouring rehearsal and the AC was broken, but they hotel kindly moved us to another room very quickly. The second room was lovely and quiet with great AC. The facilities were great and clean.

On the first night we left our shoes outside (because we've seen hotel staff do so), and unfortunately one of my sister's sneakers got stolen, as we found out later - by a dog. And right before our trekking to a volcano to see the sunrise, so she had to basically wear slippers. We were told that this had never happened before. This did worsen an otherwise great experience, but at least we've got the security footage to remember it by 😅

Good location, not too far from the busy streets, but might be a bit inconvenient to get to by car due to the one-way road it's on. Clean, comfy rooms, good pool, helpful staff

We loved the cleanliness of the room. Room was large. Staff were welcoming and extremely friendly. Pool was large and nice; secluded also. There is an outside balcony which was a nice touch. Reasonably close to the main hub of Ubud. Reasonably priced $ I would recommend.
