We had an absolutely great stay here. The hosts were possibly the nicest people in Indonesia and the food was incredible. Would highly recommend staying here.

Very simple homestay, so beds and rooms are just as you would expect given this.

Basic but all you need. Beautiful view. Close to a good coffee shop and the monkey forest. Fendi was a fabulous host. Recommend asking him for recommendations/ideas

Such a lovely stay! The location was excellent, the view over the Rinjani super impressive. We could rent motorcycles from the homestay to see nearby villages but were walking distance from excellent warungs. Also dinner at the homestay was excellent. We stayed for 4 days and could experience all the arts and manufacture in this area of Lombok. The family was amazing and gave us a lovely tour , cooking classes and showed us the coconut oil process. The homestay is also a primary school so there are loud school noises starting from 8am. We didn't mind because we woke up before that. Also, with the profit made, the ladies of the homestay fund the schools and future girl teachers going to university, so it's nice to know you're also supporting this when staying here!

Really friendly and kind people, great food, and an amazing view!

Bed is comfy and the view from the balcony is amazing! The staff is super nice and they put a lot of work in making the place look great with plants. I think I had the best food of my whole trip in Indonesia there for a very good price, I highly recommend any of the curries!

They gave us a different room, so much worse than in photos. Not clean, dust and insects on the floor. Common area was never cleaned so obviously mice come.

The view in the morning where you get to see mt Rinjani. The host willing to pick me up at really small fees, from Paek Motong. She is always on WhatsApp to attend my needs. Jackfruit curry was so good!

Absolutely incredible experience at this homestay in Tetebatu! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The hosts go above and beyond to make you feel like part of the family, offering a truly authentic cultural experience that you won't find elsewhere. The activities offered are amazing – from a hands-on cooking class to learning how to make coconut oil, every moment is filled with opportunities to immerse yourself in the local way of life. We even got to visit a local market, which was such a unique experience, and renting a scooter made exploring the beautiful surroundings, especially the stunning rice terraces, even more enjoyable. The location is perfect for relaxing and connecting with nature while also being deeply in touch with the local culture. If you're looking for a genuine, off-the-beaten-path experience with some of the kindest people you'll ever meet, this is the place. Highly recommended!

During the night there was too much noise, at some point made by the family themselve, a bit forgetting that travellers need to sleep.

Lots of construction noise during my stay, cleanliness can be improved, slow internet connection.

The view is the best in Tetebatu. The rooms simple but clean. Definitely worth the money. The host Yung was really attentive, friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were nice.

Animals in the roof can be a bit noisy, also all the mosques in the area but that’s nothing they can help
