My sliding front door to my Villa room had a massive gap in it, so at first I was afraid of insects getting in. However I ended up not noticing many insects in the room. On my last night, other residents were being really loud at night.

I had an amazing view from my room, probably the best view out of all places I have stayed In Bali as I was looking directly out onto the pool, rice fields and volanco. I loved sitting on the balcony with a dog called Lucy who is a local dog. My room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Bathroom was also nice. The pool was very clean and amazing to swim in. Over all the view was 11/10

Our time at Uma Agung Villa was absolutely fantastic! Our room featured an incredible balcony with a breathtaking view of Mount Agung. Sitting there was so incredibly relaxing that we found ourselves waking up at 6 am just to enjoy the morning coffee with that stunning scenery. The room itself was clean and spacious, bed was very comfortable with a good mosquito net. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bathroom was also lovely. We enjoyed breakfast each morning and appreciated having access to the pool. The location of the villa couldn't have been better. It was conveniently close to numerous warungs and restaurants. Warung Ayuz, just opposite the villa, was a real gem – the food was delicious and very affordable. Having scooter rentals and laundry services nearby was also a great convenience. We highly recommend Uma Gum Villa for a truly memorable and relaxing stay in a fantastic location.

My room was very noisy. I could here the guests very loud till late at night while I was trying to sleep. Also I contacted as requested via what’s App re massage booking and no one got back to me.

All facilities are not well maintained. The bathroom was very dirty. The food in the restaurant is probably the worst we had for our entire stay in Bali. Also, i had a special request for my booking - noone ever bothered to answer.

The Sidemen area is really nice. The hotel is located amongst several very good rrstaurants and in a walkingvdistance to the rice feelds (that turned to be not used for rice all the year). The staff is nice. We had our laudry done, a ruce fields tour organized with very nice guide and great massage.

This was a beautiful location the facilities and gardens were stunning. Lovely pool with a view, staff very helpful and friendly. Overall lovely stay The only thing is the toilet smells but I’ve come to realise that is everywhere in Bali so don’t believe it’s at fault of the place.

Beautiful complex with pool and restauration/bar. Everybody was very friendly and the room was clean. Many food restaurants around and couple of minutes everywhere around sidemen including the rice terraces. Good breakfast with multiple options to choose from.

There were basic essentials missing. I think improving these would significantly improve the customer experience. It’s really a message to the property mgmt, not to those who work there. They were kind and friendly. Here I list a few things 1. We lost electricity at 9 pm on 17 feb. It stayed out all night, making it a challenge yo get sleep without fans. 2. There was no ac. Which is expected to be standard now in Bali. Yes on the long list of facility details no ac was listed but it’s not obvious for making a booking choice . 3. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes. There was 1 bar for towels. That’s it. 4. There drain in the bathroom was diagonally opp to the shower do the whole bathroom floor got wet after a shower 5. There was lights in the room were extremely bright, and the night lamp was very dim. 1 was not working 6. I was charged 39 euro more on my card than the booking price

I think the restaurant staff were too relaxed. They were very friendly but just no service and I had to repeatidly find them to ask for anything, on thier phones hiding behind the counter. I understand they must be bored as it was so quiet, and I certainly don't want to be pestered for service, but this made me feel awkward like I was interupting thier rest time. I didn't choose to eat there because of this, it's fine for a drink before you head out. There are lovely restaurants just a few minutes walk away.

The room was spacious and clean with a nice view across the pool and rice fields. The driver who took me to my next destination a couple of hours away was also very friendly and trustworthy, he worked at Uma Agung.

Amazing location with some great restaurants very close by, and a well priced laundry across the road (with free delivery). The room was clean enough, and the fans were loud, but manageable.

Food was below average. Smoothies terrible no idea how to make great simple pressed fruit juices. Suggest eating out as very many good options around.

There was no aircon in the room, so it was too hot to be able to sleep well (even with the outer door open). The mosquito "net" was actually a sort of blanket rather than a net, so it didn't let much air through and couldn't be used, given the heat in the room
