The roof of all villas are made from bamboo that allow geckos and lizzards to enter your apartment even though your doors are always closed… this is not understandable why the roof is not protected from the unwilling animals. It is the opposite of jungle so anyone can enter your room. In our room 2 days in a row was living the biggest lizzard, we changed the room and in the other were several small inside. We had to leave the hotel 2 day prior to our check out day and the hotel still did not compensate or refunded.

The restaurant was quite disappointing. The staff were lovely, prices seemed reasonable and a beautiful set up, but the food was quite underwhelming.

Here is the most favorite hotel. It’s a quiet, nature, beautiful place. The room is very beautiful and clean. The surrounding of resort is super amazing. All of staffs are very polite and nice. We can feel how they are really care of us.

Spa - Promise me you'll try the spa, it's actually not more expensive than the other spas outside BUT the quality is unbeatable. Very luxurious space and the massage was just superb. Private pool - I went in April, it was perfect in the morning from 10 am till noon, very refreshing while the sun is out. When in doubt, there's always a smaller hot tub right next to the pool also outdoors which you can enjoy or get a warm dip Food - It's provided in my package and the selection is wide, it's nothing spectacular but we really enjoy having food right there when we want to spend a lot of time chilling in the resort Cleanliness - The property is squeaky clean (minor leaves and stuff but it's Ubud), and tastefully decorated.

Breakfast is perfect Rooms very clean Mosquito repellents in the rooms and actions to prevent them in the resort area. 100% safe and no mosquitoes at all! Fast check-in and fast check-out Very nice staff Very good english speakers

The bed was very hard and the toppers were put on the wrong way, so we woke up with sore hips the first morning as the very hard edges of the toppers were across the bed and not head-to-toe. We had to fix that ourselves... twice unfortunately, as it was put that way again after we requested additional softening to be put on the bed due to it being too hard as they had put the bottom toppers across the bed again.

The views out over the forest are amazing, especially from the valley view rooms with their gorgeous rim flow private pool. And the outside bath added another level of luxury, especially when it was stormy and the pool was just a little too cold. You truly felt like you were in forest-like paradise. The staff are friendly and helpful and the facilities and rooms are kept lovely and clean. The spa is beautiful and we had the perfect massages specific to each of our needs. The food was also consistently amazing!

Absolutely gorgeous rooms & grounds. Felt like we were in a world of our own away from Ubud central. Staff were so polite & accomodating to any request or question. Everything was immaculate & daily housekeeping cleaned the room back to when we arrived.

- The staff was beautiful, super nice and super welcoming. - The hotel is perfect for honeymooners/couples, the rooms are very romantic, with beautiful views. - Waking up to the infinite pool built in the room was the best experience ever.

Restaurant staff, the actual staff on the first night ignore us as they favoured another family who must have been staying for longer. Was impossible to get any attention when ordering. When we did we asked a question and they never came back with the answer. We left, and ordered room service so we didn't have to be there anymore. It's far from Ubud due to the traffic especially at late afternoon. Not as close as we liked. We asked for a cot, was promised it on day 2 but it never arrived.

The room was great, outdoor bath and plunge pool. Enough space to eat in the room and a good size bathroom. Very comfortable bed.

The only complaint is about the sofa, which is on the terrace. It looks very old and too soft. Lying on it without drowning is a very difficult task. I would advise replacing it so as not to spoil the experience for guests. Otherwise, this is a wonderful hotel - I didn't notice any other problems. Special respect goes to the cook in the restaurant hotel, everything was very tasty.

Breakfast, lunch & dinner - excellent. The jungle view from the front line rooms is amazing. The staff is welcoming and friendly.

Wow just wow! Everything was just perfect about our stay from the delicious meal we had on an evening to the wonderful breakfast, to the lovely welcoming staff to our beautiful room with private pool! We had the floating breakfast one morning which our daughter loved! I wish we could have stayed longer. The views from the room were amazing real jungle vibes! I would love to come back and stay here again! It’s a nice quite area but not too far if you want to visit monkey forest or where the swings are and temples, we found it easy to get around with a scooter and private driver! I’ll also add the staff in the breakfast area were amazing with our daughter always making her smile. The setting for meal times were really tranquil.
