Cómo funcionan los comentarios de los clientes
Cada puntuación de los comentarios está comprendida entre 1 y 10. Comentario auténticoEl mejor hotel en Ubud. El ambiente y todas las instalaciones del hotel son realmente un oasis en Ubud. Esta cerca del Monkey Forest entonces cada mañana se ve monos cerca del hotel pero nunca es molestia, es muy entretenido verlos. Uno puede relajarse completamente, las villas son un sueño y sobre todo el personal y la atención son tan amable y con muchos años de haber viajado nos cuesta encontrar un mejor hotel.

Comentario auténticoEl hotel es un auténtico oasis en medio de la caótica Ubud. Esta al lado de Monkey Forest y todas sus habitaciones tienen piscina. La habitación es espectacular, el servicio es inmejorable, el personal super amable, cualquier cosa que les pidas se desviven por conseguirlo, el gel, champú y crema que te dejan en el baño huele increíble. Nosotros pedimos una plancha y nos la proporcionaron al igual que la tabla. te ponen agua y frutas a diario. La sala del spa es muy bonita y el masaje es perfecto. La sala de yoga tiene un encanto especial. los jardines del hotel por las noches huelen espectacular. las vistas desde la habitación son al bosque de los monos, incluso puedes tener alguna visita de ellos, nada peligrosos y muy divertidos. y la ubicación es perfecta para llegar andando a todos los sitios turísticos y restaurantes que merecen la pena de Ubud. El desayuno no es buffet, es algo que nos llamo la atención en un hotel de esta categoría pero creo que es un tema de que en Bali son así, porque en ninguno de los que nos alojamos lo tenían, pero la cantidad es más que de sobra, tienes muchas opciones y posibilidad de repetir, me parece una buena medida para no desperdiciar comida

Comentario auténticoLa habitación es muy bonita, amplia y cómoda, con un jardin precioso con piscina y bañera. El personal es muy amable y servicial. El servicio de transportes es fenomenal, con nosotros estuvo siempre Gus Weda, que es muy buena persona y nos llevo a varias excursiones y recomendó sitios muy buenos. La comida es fenomenal, muy rico todo. La piscina infinita con vistas es increible, se ven unos atardeceres muy bonitos.
Quizás las habitaciones podrían estar algo mejor insonorizadas.

Comentario auténticoLa habitación y las instalaciones son espectaculares, y el trato del personal impecable. Siempre muy atentos y pendientes de que estés cómodo y de felicitarte todo. Organizamos con ellos varios servicios de traslado del aeropuerto y servicio de transporte para visitar sitios. Limpian la habitación dos veces al día y te dejan una historia balinesa que leíamos todos los días. También hicimos un curso de cocina con el hotel, nos encantó la atención del cocinero y los platos que preparamos. Toda una experiencia que recomendamos.
En general, nos gusto todo. Quizá por decir algo, al estar muy cerca del monkey forest vienen monos todas las mañanas y aunque el personal está muy atento de ahuyentarlos interfieren un poco.

Los carteles publicitarios de marketing poco atractivos por todo el hotel. Recomendaría cambiar al equipo de marketing y hacerlo más sutil. No con fotos y precios en carteles grandes y en la mesa de comedor y en la entrada. Quitan el encanto a la preciosa decoración del hotel.

Comentario auténticoEl diseño del hotel, la decoración tradicional balinesa, la ubicación inmejorable, con vistas a la selva y a la vez cerca del centro, para ir dando un paseo. Por supuesto, el personal es magnifico, muy pendiente de satisfacer pero sin atosigar. Mención especial al conductor y guía Angga, fantástico compañero de viaje. Por último, el spa es de lo mejor que hemos encontrado para masaje balinés.
