So peaceful, waking up to sunrise over the rice fields. perfect while doing a meditation course at Bali Meditation Center. Loved watching the ducks. Quality scooter rental. Very helpful friendly staff.

I had a great stay here for an event close by. The rooms were very comfortable and had amazing sunrise view. I enjoyed staying out of the hustle of Ubud centre but close enough. It was a peaceful experience. You will need transport to get around but easy to get car or moto through the app. The family running this were very nice.

Great location, but you need to rent a motorcycle 🏍, the property can rent it for you, and it is the best solution in Bali because of the trafic, the room was very clean, the area great, and the property are helpful

Very nice place for a long stay. In a quiet area but still Just 11 minutes by motorbike to Yoga Barn and city center. The hosts are amazing, helpful and always smiling. Laundry is perfect. Love to stay there again.

Not a fan of Ubud because of the ridiculous amount of traffic. Puts me off ever returning. But D Tegale guest house is outstanding and I would return just to stay there

Was a haven of peace away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud. Housekeeping staff were so friendly and also very good at their work. Was greeted with smiles everyday. View from the room was amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing stay

We loved everything.

Everything :) The place really felt like a home away from home. It was clean, nice and we especially appreciated being so close to nature & the rice field and being able to observe the everyday life of the host family. The room was refreshed every day and everything was really clean. The breakfast was also very tasty.

Looks line a five star place. Rooms have view on rice field , the sunrise and the breakfast is served at the room directly. Very silent. We used a scooter (rented at the property) to reach ubud and travel around.

This is newer construction, so everything is clean, dry, odor free. The rooms have a nice semi private terrace in front that face a rice field. Often a nice breeze blows off the paddy to your room, so it feels cool. Bed was comfy. And there is a small shala with yoga mats and two picnic tables on the edge of the property that I really enjoyed. They are right next to running water irrigation for the rice paddies so you get a lovely sense of being in nature, peace, and quiet. Also, they have a large gated area to park your motorbike. I will say it is about 12 mins by moto from the city center, down a narrow road. So if you don't have your own transport and don't like taxis this might not be the place for you. I had a motorbike and it was totally worth the peace and quiet to be outside the city.

Location is in South Ubud. Away from hustle and bustle. Very quite and close to the nature. But not far from the city. You need a bike to go or take a cab. They rent the bikes at the property. It's 4 unit home stay. Very clean as shows in the pictures. Big varanda to sit and enjoy the rain. You can see rice fields from the room.

The accommodation that Agus and his family run is full of love. We came to Ubud from Jakarta through Yogyakarta. I was a little confused when I saw the depressed expressions of Balinese travelers who were different from the yogyakarta However, due to the precious time in this hotel, such feelings of injustice disappeared and I was very happy Someday I will visit here with my family and recommend it to many travelers. The sincere breakfast is so good The space is spacious and pleasant, with a wide rice field view in front of me, and the bathroom is comfortable

Body wash and shampoo not filled up on check in so didnt look very good and we ran out.

If you want a quiet location but 10 mins drive from Ubud centre this is great. Only a year old building and only four rooms. Family run. Being fairly new the bathrooms are good condition and you get a large bed, maybe queen size I would guess. AC worked well. Value for money is great. We didn't have the included breakfast but it was omlette or pancake. Looks onto rice fields and peacefull. Grab used in the area no problem. You can rent a moped from them also.
