The lush jungle panoramic view uninterrupted is outstanding and takes this property to the next level. And the bed was gorgeous

We didn't find the breakfast up to the standard. None of the dishes tasted good. The location was quite far from Ubud central and there were no decent eating places close by.

Excellent facilities, rooms, views, swimming pool, gym, spa were all great. Staff was great too.

The breakfast menu was not tasty at all. The selection was good but the cooking left a lot to be desired. Didn't feel it worth the money spent. The location is quite far from Ubud central with hardly any good eating places within walking distance. The taxi ride to Ubud central can take quite a while with narrow lanes and heavy traffic.

The property is very nicely setup with everything you could ask for, Gym, Swimming pool, Spa, Outdoor party place at the top with beautiful views etc. The rooms were very comfortable with lovely views from the balcony.

I was a bit annoyed when I asked them to organise a car from hotel to Kuta beach I wa stoked by the price they quote, even though I have mentioned that I came in car in half price they have quoted but then did not listen. Unfortunately I had to go online and book a cab much cheaper then what they have quoted.I would suggest they should match the price of the taxi or rental car if not cheaper.

Nice hotel with good size room, view was amazing from pool, My kids love their food as they customise the order.

Room above us moved furniture until 1am every night. Food was ok, not outstanding, but ok.

I love this hotel, their staff especially Manny and Rosita from the reception made everything better. Even lea from the Restaurant made our stay pleasant. Their facilities are great!!

Just about the only negative was the incredibly noisy pump located just below the hotel. This made for a relaxing time around the pool not so achievable. It was jarring and worked well to take the sublime out of the beautiful location.

The staff were super friendly and efficient in performing their duties. They were at all times super attentive to the guests needs and requirements. The restaurant, both in its setting, its menu and service was again, excellent.

We didnt like being charged for a bottle of wine which we were told was complimentary bu the usher. Furthermore the food was over priced and a serviced charge was added to our bill everytime. We dis not get to decide what the tip would be. The portions were also pretty small.

They need new towels-the towels looked old & to wash the gowns and towels on a daily.

The massage room was too close to the pool so was noisy during the massage

The dinner was mediocre and the meat that I had didnt taste that good. Apart from this everything else was top notch

Everything was excellent. The staff were exceptional, attentive and very friendly. Absolutely loved the stay here. The location and the views were amazing, the rooms were very clean and spacious and had everything that you needed. It was such a peaceful and relaxing stay. The pool was a stunner and had forest views. The breakfast buffet was great and we were looked after by the staff very well. Must stay accommodation and would definitely stay there again whenever we are back!
