The road to this villa is quite bad, as well as the footpath to the room in the villa, especially when you have a big suitcase.

The bathroom felt a little outdated but that's if I'm looking - there was very little I didn't like.

It was really close to everything. The main pool area was gorgeous. The hospitality was exceptional. I wish we'd stayed longer.

1 pillow on bed, but on request they promptly delivered another Owner told my friend to shower before she swims, don't understand this, very rude.

The bathroom was very rundown and in need of refurbishment.. Shower over bath with fluctuating hot/cold water, and water pressure.. One of the windows blew open in the night ,with the wind, and we had to tie it with string to secure it.

Faultless quite location with a beautiful pool and lovely bali vibes. Set back from the street but opposite Bali Icon this is the best quietest place you will find in Sanur. Big rooms, great staff, beautiful pool. It's a rare find.

the pool it was so clean and fresh and fresh towels were always provided daily and water a perfect touch, comfy beds but the wifi wasn't the best but that's ok, it's good to switch off, perfect location near to icon Bali where I was able to change my phone send the power cut happened, take a torch if you stay here and a battery pack form phone (just in case) it was a first for them but I hear lots of powercuts have happened recently, good to be prepared, i would go back in a heartbeat.

Lovely pool area with lots of surrounding greenery. Very nice staff. Owner was very nice and very interesting to talk to. Large rooms with balconies Highly recommend the nearby The Owl cafe and Warung Happy Monkeys for meals and drinks

The Location was excellent quite little nook down a driveway revealed an old but seculaded area with a lovely pool area we had a Balcony overlooking the pool there is a new mall opposite with walk through access to the beach with was handy Breakfast was very good severed in an open area opposite the pool we did enjoy our stay and would definitely stay again

Only downside was water pressure very low and shower head quite high so hard to reach fir short folks like me!!

Property was a little tired.

Right off the main strip in Sanur but beautifully tucked away behind the bustle, so a very quiet, tranquil garden setting with a pool large enough to swim laps. Food was okay - limited menu - but with the restaurant strip literally a 2 minute walk, we opted to explore.

As other reviewers have said, an amazingly peaceful spot for being just off a busy main road. Beautiful gardens and pool. My room was enormous, with the biggest bed I've ever seen. Super handy to the hustle and bustle of the Sanur shops, restaurants and bars. Lovely staff and no hassle, not even a mention, of using their preferred drivers or tours etc (in contrast to other small size hotels I've stayed in in Bali), which was great because we already have a fabulous driver. People complaining about old bathrooms, drain smells (which are caused by us tourists, basically), insects, and pool water not being cold enough (hello, this is due to the warmth of the day?!) should stick to expensive international resort chains, if authenticity and nature is not for you.

Needs many minor repairs throughout, though nothing significant. Light fittings, door locks etc. breakfast is only 2 options, with the American breakfast poor value. Just eat Indonesian (tastes great!).

The TV was much too small for the room and the sound on some of the channels was of very poor quality. The air-conditioning struggled to keep the room cool. The free wifi was very inconsistent

Traditional feel, large room, relaxed atmosphere, courteous staff, lovely quiet garden, proximity to Icon Shopping Centre. Good value for money. Couple of mini marts nearby to pick up bits and pieces.
