Really good property, excellent location and very helpful staff. The breakfast each day was really good, the pool was excellent and Eddy was always on hand if we needed anything such as renting bikes

Nothing unexpected. There was a road behind the room that had horse & carts going down it quite a bit, and it shook the room every time.

Nice quiet location that wasn't too far to walk to from the ferry. Easy and quick access to every side of the island via the bikes on hire at the property. Great customer service and really nice breakfasts. Spent some time in the pool and it was lovely.

Property was located about 5 minute walk to the main strip. It was a perfect location as it was away from the hustle and noise of the Main Street. Eddie and his staff were so pleasant to deal with and any request we had was dealt with immediately. Breakfast at the location was brilliant I loved it. The room was very spacious and had good a/c and fridge. The WiFi at the location was outstanding. If coming back to gili t will definitely stay here again

Convenient location, only 5-6 min walk from the main street and most of the cafes/ restaurants, it was close to the turtle shore and the nice beaches as well. The staff was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. They provide the option to rent a bike directly from the hotel for a small fee, which facilitates the process. The breakfast doesn't offer a huge variety, however, it's well prepared and it's all that one needs for a short stay.

When we arrived, the room was not clean—the bedding didn’t smell fresh, the towels were stained, and we even found a crisp in the bed from the previous guest. We had to request a thorough cleaning and a change of sheets.

Not a criticism but an observation- the rooms are all around the pool so when you’re in your room for privacy you need to have your curtains closed and the lights on which isn’t the end of the world but good to be aware of this I think. The bathroom is also undercover but you can hear the people around you - this didn’t bother me at all but good to be prepared for this :) I

The room was lovely and big - and the bed was huge too! Eddie was so welcoming and always smiling! Always saying hello! :) The pool was nice too even though some of the outside furniture was a little tired. Breakfast was simple but lovely and the fresh watermelon juice was amazing! There was also a very chatty and friendly cat who came to visit every day - super cute!

There is a opening in the bathrooms which can get noisy with animals and people talking but this was not a big issue at all

The room floor and also furnitures were not very clean for a room of 50€ at night. Stains were clearly there for long time.

Room was huge and so the bathroom. There was hot water and a hairdryer provided in the room. Air conditioning working properly and very quite location. Good breakfast and kind staff.

The chairs outside is outdated. Coming from port to hostel is tiring to be honest. Better get the horses help.

They don’t tell you that you need to pay for the bikes every day (50k/day for every bike), they ask you money at the end of the stay. The breakfast is not very tasty, even if it has more than one option. The toilet doesn’t have AC and it communicates with toilets of other people

The place was small and the pool was tiny but this didn’t bother us as we were at the beach everyday and would come back for a dip before getting showered for dinner.

We really enjoyed our stay here the staff are so friendly and the included breakfast was a great. The rooms were large and were cleaned everyday and very comfortable we actually ended up extending our stay as the value for money was excellent. It’s slightly off the main road which is good to escape the noise but only a few minutes walk or on the bike to get to everything.

The AC wasn’t great, we had it on the coldest setting for the whole time we were there but the room never really felt cold apart from when you first walked in after being outside. Safe could do with some instructions to prevent people from locking things inside like I did!

Lovely stay in a good location in Gili T. Around a 5 minute walk down to the main strip where there are a large variety of restaurants and bars. Also means it’s not too far of a walk from the ferry port (about 12 mins!). Nice breakfast, slightly limited options but we found this to be the case across the region. Spacious room with fridge and very helpful staff who helped arrange bike hire and laundry and came to the rescue when I locked the passports in the safe! Pool was a nice addition to cool down

Would only say there was a few marks on the sheets, but everything else was perfect.

A really beautiful hotel, loved in the indoor outdoor bathroom and the room is spacious with a fridge which was a great bonus. The breakfast was huge with fresh fruit and they could fill up water bottles with drinking water. The pool is nice with places to sit and relax. The staff are welcoming and attentive, and the location is great, just far enough from the busy central area.
